This is a competitively priced, efficient, tankless hot water heater. Compared to a reasonably well-known German brand, the case appears to be sturdier than the German brand. It raises the temperature faster than the German brand. What I don't know is the durability of this product s it has not been in use long enough to offer a judgment about durability. I found it easy to install but requires some very basic knowledge of how to make electrical connections, plumbing, and rudimentary carpentry. In may not be a DIY project for all. Once installed, it is very easy to set and use.

I’ve now been using this electric water heater in house for about 3 months. Works great, gets hot with 10 seconds and never runs out. I would purchase again. Only down fall is the extensive wiring. Takes 3 40 amp double pull breakers. As well as 3 different runs of 8/3 wire.

The internal grounding system was missing the attachment screw. I wrote to customer service asking for the screw size and they replied that it was intentional and not needed. They said I could twist the three wires together and just stick them in the hole (seriously that was the instruction). I responded that that was not code and asked for a picture. I got another email (all through Amazon) saying that they made a mistake in the last email and please write through another email system, outside of Amazon, link attached. The link did not work. I wrote back and told them it didn’t work and I didn’t need a video just send me a picture. They wrote two more times saying that they would send a video. I responded each time that there was no link that worked. I have installed the water heater and it works great but customer support is not. Update to previous review. We have had trouble with leaking at the connection to the isolation valves. It turns out that the nipple provided with the unit is too short.

This tank has been working great so far. Had it since March 2024 i believe and it's on a service building at rv park. It supplies 2 washers, 2 showers and 2 lavatories. They never usually run all at the same time but it has worked perfectly.

Was hesitant to make the move to a tankless heater but I’m glad that I did, seeing the savings on our power bill already. Install was fairly straight forward, I did opt for an electrician to perform the electrical hookup since it involved modifying our breaker panel and running new heavy gauge wire to meet the power requirements of this device. Zero problems so far and we’ve had unlimited hot water even with full demand from all our household appliances and fixtures. Savings on our power bill has been around $20-25 per month, device should pay for itself within 12-15 months : )

We purchased a house with a 40 x 60 shop that also has (weirdly enough) a full man cave/dog house set up. A bathroom (including a shower), a washer and dryer, etc. The existing old school hot water heater leaked BADLY so we got this to replace it. Please know, this isn't a hot water heater we would install in our home. There isn't a high enough rate of flow and it requires pretty hard-core wire. It's not an even swap for a standard household water heater. That being said...it wasn't hard to install and it works SO well for the shop!
