  • Easy install, no leaks
Works like you'd expect, adds hot water on demand. Nothing crazy, but it helps.

  • Works great hot water in seconds!
I installed this unit in a small guest room I have on my property. It takes care of hot water for the full bathroom including a stand-up shower and sink. It does take some basic plumbing knowledge to install it but I was able to have it installed and working in about an hour and a half. So far, it has worked flawlessly for producing hot water for both the shower and the sink and it only takes a few seconds for the water to get hot. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient way to deliver hot water to a limited area you can't go wrong with this tankless water heater. ... show more

  • Tankless water heater
First off: 3000watts 110V = roughly 28 amps. You will need to be 10% above that so you would need atleast a 30amp breaker with 10 gauge wire in order for this unit to be safely installed in your home or camper or wherever. Otherwise you could either trip the breaker, or overload the wire if using 12gauge and cause a serious safety hazard. Please do not just plug this in and use it. Overall this device is low capacity so it will mainly only be good for small things like sinks. You could use it in shower or hose depending on water restrictors. It's a decent small water heater with seemingly harmless use. It does work well. ... show more

  • Quite sturdy, works but a bit lacking in power
This came very nicely wrapped, and seems like a sturdy unit. It's not difficult to install, though can be a bit big for small kitchens, and is working smoothly without leaking. But despite being 3000W, this electric water heater feels a bit lacking in power. As they wrote in the description, you have to wait a bit for warm water, and even at its peak, the water feels warm rather than piping hot. I think it's not necessarily a bad machine, just the fact that it uses 110V. So it lacks the power to heat up anymore. If you can leave the water on til it gets warm and are fine with slightly lower temperatures, it's still super useful and lets you do the dishes or wash hands without having a huge water heater. But if you want immediate hot water, you'll need something more powerful. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work. It does provide surely hot water, it's just not as hot as you might be used to and a bit slow. ... show more

  • Nice tankless water heater!
This tankless water heater works perfectly! After opening it from the box I love that it came very well packed so there was no damage whatsoever. It came with all the parts that it was supposed to and the measurements were 100% correct with the ad. My husband is very familiar with doing different types of plumbing jobs so he was easily able to install this in no time underneath the sink and that way we could use that to heat up the water rather than the tank. The instructions that it came with are very easy to read and understand as well. I would say if you're not familiar with doing something like this you should definitely hire a plumber to come and do the job for you. After getting everything installed it works 100% as it should and you can heat up the water as hot as it will go on here or change the temperature down a little bit as well. I think the quality of this is absolutely outstanding and that it is a great value for the price that they have on it! I feel like you could use this in an RV and different camping type scenarios as well! Definitely a very sturdy and durable piece of equipment! Got to give it a 10/10 ... show more

  • Do NOT just plug this in to your current wall plugs...
Where do I start? Ok, let's start with the obvious math. 3000 watts divided by 110 VAC = 27.27 Amps. That's what this heater is capable of drawing at full temperature setting and maximum water flow rate. The plug that comes attached to this is rated for a 15 Amp plug in or roughly 1500 watts. What happens if you plumb this water heater into your system and plug it into a normal wall outlet? I don't want to find out! This device needs three things to work in your home, RV or tiny house. First it needs a 30 amp breaker. Then it needs a 30 amp receptacle (see photos-looks like a box you'd plug your stove or an electric heater into). Third it needs a 30 amp rated plug with the angled and flat blades. The regular 15 Amp plug that comes with this is DANGEROUS. The 10 AWG wiring itself is fine. You will however have to cut off the three-pronged plug and wire it to the 30 amp plug, then plug it into the proper 30 amp receptacle. Think of this heater as 2 hair dryers running at full blast, on the hottest heat setting, at the same time. Do you need an electrician to help install this? Most likely yes. I'm not sue why it is advertised with this plug at all. It should have three stripped wires waiting for the proper plug for your area. Again, do NOT plumb this and simply plug it in. That much current (twice the rated amount) creates a ton of heat. Melting will soon ensue. Possibly a fire. At the very least a tripped break. Does the water tank heat water as advertised? Some say it does AFTER they have someone install it properly. I cannot recommend this in its current configuration. ... show more

  • Nice Single Use Hot Water on Demand Unit
We decided to try this on the kitchen sink, which took a while to heat up, connected from the whole-house water heater. With a little help from the electrician in the family, to make sure the breaker could handle the addition, it was an easy set up from that point forward. It works perfectly. The remote is an interesting, yet useful touch, that I'd not experienced on a single station water heater before. The faucet mixer worked fine on its own though too. Hot water for dishes, warm water for hand washing, all were easy and on demand. The size is nice and compact, so it is easy to hide under a sink. It has some weight to it, which makes me assume there are quality parts inside, and requires careful mounting. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, though we have set these types of things up before. Because it does require larger amperage, I would definitely consult your electrician, or landlord, before installing though. All in all, this is a really great value at its current price, and a water heater I would definitely suggest. ... show more
