Connected everything: cold in-Hot out Three 220 volt 40 amp breakers Pressed the power button-Set the temperature to maximum NO HOT WATER! Checked voltage across elements all good NO HOT WATER! Returned item!

Worth going electric!
This product cost less than a conventional hot water tank, provides unlimited hot water, and never have to worry about a tank leaking water everywhere. A total space saver as it just mounts on the wall and doesn’t require an entire closet like a tank does. Highly recommended.

Performance
I really wish I can give more than a three star but for the problems I have had I can't. The hot water heater I installed in March of 2025 and lasted till mid-November 2025. I have to admit the seller was very adamant with the emails I was sending to them regarding my issues eventually they decided to replace the unit which I am very pleased with however I am reluctant since I don't know how long this one is going to last.

Works well and easy install
I was skeptical that a tankless water heater would work well and that my husband could install it. It was easy to install and is keeping our water hot and allowing for many hot showers in a row!

3/4 fittings but only 3/8" flow internally
This is flow restricted. I bought the largest unit figuring it would be able to supply most if not all of my house. Not only does it want 120 amps (3x40a) it has only 3/8" plumbing internally. Arg. Was just looking to install it but now it will likely go into the trash because I am beyond the return window. I will ask though. UPDATE:They were very good and offered me a refund for the returned unit well after the amazon window. I give them stars for that. I did install the unit, just to see, and there was reduced flow but not as bad as I had expected. However, every light fixture in the house (analog and LED) blinked when hot water was drawn. One post on the internet suggested putting ferrite coils over the power input to eliminate blinking but that had no effect for me. I purchased a alightly larger AO Smith unit (double the retail cost and uses even higher power input) and it does not cause the lights to blink. Oddly, my electric bill has not decreased since moving from electric tank to electric tankless. I will continue to monitor.

Never waist money and time
This is the worst water heater to buy. Did not last more than 3 to 4 months and start leaking from the elements. And got no warranty or return
