You NEED this grater in your life, especially if you are a mac and cheese connoisseur! I went from hand grating pounds of cheese for an hour to getting it done in 15 minutes with this magical machine. The blades are sharp so even the softest of cheese easily shred up, the design makes for easy cleaning, and it comes wiith 3 different attachments for whichever size you are looking for. The suction to the counter is also so powerful, when I tell you this thing isn't moving, it is NOT going anywhere while you grate! My only complaint is I wish the tube where the cheese comes out was longer so it would easily go into a bowl or on a plate, it isn't long enough to prevent the piles from overflowing on the edge of a plate.

I had a similar product that I never used because it was very hard to clean. This grater is very easy to disassemble and clean. The rubber ring on the bottom keeps it in place while using it. This is the first grater I have used which will make me stop being lazy and buying pre-shredded cheese.

This is The Best Kitchen Gadget I’ve used in 29 years!! So easy to use - every family with a child should own one! I have hand pain and this made such quick work of the Romano cheese for my quiche! Super easy to clean! It comes apart very simply & yet feels really safe and sturdy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Best grater ever! No more slicing my knuckles on the old ones. So easy & fast to grate cheese now. BUT ... the the spout where the cheese comes out of is too short. Wish it was like 1/2 in - 1 inch longer so the cheese actually falls on the plate and not all over-the-counter. Also, make sure to scoop out the cheese as you grate it so it doesn't clump up and get stuck.

I wish I purchased this sooner! This shreds blocks of cheese much faster than other types of hand graters! It comes with a variety of different attachments- but I typically use the finest grater included. It has grated all cheeses I have put through it including softer cheeses as well as harder cheeses like Parmesan cheese. It is pretty easy to clean. If cheese gets stuck inside and dries, I’ll just soak in warm soapy water. I wish I purchased this sooner!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: No more shaved fingernails, bloody knuckles, or fighting with your cheese grater. This is a WONDERFUL TOOL! Mississippi Kween turned me onto this time saver!!!! The assembly is super easy, along with cleaning! Plus it has a slicer that can be very handy!! Can't believe this little hand crank grater is one of our most used kitchen gadgets. We have had for quite a while now and have had no issues with it. Use it for making hashbrowns, coleslaw, au gratin potatoes, and grating cheese. Strong suction cup base keeps the unit secure. Assembly and disassembly are a breeze, clean up is easy as it is dishwasher safe. Would definitely recommend (and have) this product.

My husband is now the greatest grater! This grater is perfect. The suction cup on the bottom keeps it from walking away from you. You can place a low container under the spout to collect your grated cheese. It grates fast! It’s also easy to clean.
