I bought this scooter for a couple reasons first and most importantly is they actually have a website where you can buy replacement parts.. any part you need is on their website so that's a big plus considering a lot of Chinese brands are hard to get replacement parts.. secondly I wanted it to be 30 mph or faster this one goes 2829 mph and attached to my wheelchair seems really fast . the battery life well I can get between 15 and 18 miles on a single charge but I'm running full speed 80% of the time because I don't want to get run over I live a couple miles outside of town so it's a big help to be moving right along I actually got mine at a discount because it was an open box regularly $600 I got mine for $299 this scooter is worth it but just be careful because when you hit the throttle in the turbo setting what I found out is you got to be careful because you're going to wear your back tire out really fast I have over 300 miles on mine in the last two and a half months and I think this thing is great.. I recently returned a scooter that I purchased about two months ago, and I'm sharing my disappointing experience with others to help them make a more informed decision. The scooter's lack of clear instructions was a major issue for me. The scooter came with an instruction sheet that only provided basic information on screw placement, leaving me to rely on YouTube tutorials to figure out how to set up, start, and operate the device. This was frustrating. I had specific requirements for the scooter - namely, larger tires to ensure more stability on uneven terrain. Unfortunately, the scooter's design didn't meet my needs, and I found myself having to ride slower in areas with potential cracks or bumps to avoid accidents. I was lucky to avoid falling off a bridge (sounds absolutely absurd but it’s true), but I did have to be careful with the brakes and practice using them slowly to avoid accidents. Using this scooter on road is a lot safer, however it does not keep up with traffic enough even at slower motor vehicle speeds. To make matters worse, the scooter's battery life was shorter than expected. I had to charge it every other day, and even then, it would only take me about 2 miles before slowing down significantly. The first day would be fine, but the second day would be slower, and by the third day, I'd have to recharge it. The charging process took around 5 hours. Additionally, the instructions advised against charging the scooter indoors, which made it difficult to find a convenient location. Another issue I had with the scooter was its weight. It was very heavy even when folded, making it difficult to carry or store. When I decided to return the scooter, I encountered difficulties in the process. The seller did not provide a return label, so we had to use our own. Shipping the scooter was a challenge due to its bulk and weight, but we managed to do it with help. FedEx sent the scooter back to the original address in California, and according to the tracking number, it was received. Amazon confirmed that the seller received the returned scooter. When I contacted the seller directly to check on the return status, I was met with unprofessional and accusatory behavior. They accused me of lying and refused to engage in a constructive conversation about the issue. I was shocked by their behavior and would not recommend this seller to anyone. I am now out of almost $600 between the scooter and shipping costs and the seller refuses to get to the bottom of things. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when purchasing from this seller.

Typically I'm an Ebike guy but I wanted to expand my horizons. I used my Ebike knowledge and applied it to scooters. Example battery size and motor wattage. Typically an Ebike of 750w will get you around town fine so I started there and I prefer 48volts or higher. This ✅ checks both boxes. It was able to move me around town and through our yard smoothly. Packed full of features as well. For price and features id give this scooter an 8.5 out of 10. And recommend it. East Coast Curt approved and see our in-depth YT review video.

I use this for fun - and i am having fun. Came in with a damaged ligth (blinker) - happen during transportation even though it was packed pretty nicely. contacted seller and they sent me a new light with instructions. The only funny thing about this scooter is the cruise control function which i am yet to figure out. Instructions came for the 2023 model but this is a different screen.

This is my first purchase of having a e scooter this is the best one I have ever seen, 31 miles range and top speed 28mph this thing is fast a hell !! Very comfortable to ride on and dual shocks are crazy absorbing any pot holes. 10/10

I love the scooter and the speed. Very fun to ride but I can’t seem to get it to charge once if dies. It’s been on the charger for 2 days now and still on one notch. I contacted seller to inform them of my problem I was told to take it to a shop to be fixed or return it and they would assist with shipping labels but I am responsible for cost of shipping. Update: it’s been almost a year I had this scooter and I’ve only been able to charge it once. Every time I plug it up it does nothing. Don’t waste your money!!!

The brakes squeaks so bad right out of the package but that's not the worst part it almost killed me when it randomly malfunctioned and started the ignition by itself when I was coasting downhill not even touching the ignition. So if you want to risk your life go for it it's great fun but I don't trust this product I can tell from my conversation with the company that they know they're selling a shady product they know that they're selling something that is potentially going to hurt people that's why this is a new listing on an old product with barely any reviews at all so I'm giving you an honest review don't buy this product unless you want to hurt yourself and then waste time on returning shipping to a UPS site now I have to figure out how to haul this giant thing to a UPS site when I don't have a car this was supposed to be my transportation to get around town now I have a giant chore of returning it before I can get a refund you really get what you pay for you can't purchase a cheap item like this and actually expect to have a functioning item they're just scamming and giving people a fraud of an item I wish Amazon would remove this listing entirely.
