I ordered one of these nifty lil scooters a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately the battery malfunctioned and it stopped turning on. I reached out to these guys and they responded immediately and sent me a brand new scooter the next day at no charge and also let me keep the old one for parts. They have great customer service and if you’re thinking the price is too good to be true, rest assured, you have nothing to lose and they will get take care of you.
