Worked great for 5 months with no issues but then the power button broke. Now it is useless and I have a very disappointed 8 year old. Also- there is no “customer support”, I have tried reaching out several times and the customer support claims this is not their brand of scooter.

One of the best sub $300 purchases I’ve ever made. I commute to and from work on this thing. Work is only a 4 min scooter ride rather than a 15 min walk. Put over 100 miles on it and owned it for about 5 months. Holds a charge very well and I can get a whole week of work travel with this bad boy. The app is cool since it shows you battery life and mileage. My goal is to have it last 600 miles for it to basically have paid for itself imo. Would buy again. ... show more

I really enjoy this item. The app has gps and Bluetooth. It also has a locking mechanism. I recommend keeping the tools that come with it on your person during rides. The screws are pretty skinny and if you ride bumpy roads like I do, they can come loose. The top speed is 19mph. It’s good for cruising around with its cruise control function (careful going downhill because your speed will increase without displaying it). Cuts waking time about 2/3 . It’s very useful if your drive to work is no more than 20 minutes. It can get you there within an hour. ... show more

Love this scooter! Only thing is My power button got stuck and it wouldn’t shut off. Message Amazon advised what happened and with no questions asked was sent another one and I returned the old one. Deff worth the buy I have 4.

Scooters are good, lightweight, and hold their charge. They are not water resistant. Do not get them wet. Other than that, they are good. Will definitely recommend these to my friends. I bought 3 of these so far.
