The media could not be loaded. After much research I ordered this. There is potential here but had issues. -(BEST)The frame it self and suspension feel robust without being to heavy. It feels sleek -(BEST)Suspension although very firm is pretty damn good. Im sure its sent stiff as it will settle in, im 224 and it was a good firm. (Issue 1) - instructions are terrible, use youtube. This scooter had some assembly more than others. The FRONT wheels comes separate with the bearings and spacers. There is a fastener inside the stem of the wheel that is in place wedged, so mine came loose. (See pic). That design is awful, so mine is not fully secured giving me worries. (Issue 2) - Im reading some have the solid tire, mine were air **CHECK Front Tire air!!**. Before first ride, as this scooters high center of gravity, knobby tires, low air make it wobble and not feel planted at top speed. I have alot of experience on motorcycles and scooters. Even for me it wasn't confidence inspiring. I held on WIDE and TIGHT! (Issue 3) - Brakes the front are awful, even adjusted. Im not sure if there is a sensor, but a RED TRIANGLE with exclamation keeps popping up when i brake. (Which is suppose to signal engine braking, but it is malfunctioning) Then it wont throttle so I have to try diff things to get it to go away. ALSO the scooter will stop suddenly top speed b/c of the same thing, wobbling and making a dangerous situation. This is only the second day. (Issue 4) - Today after having to stop a-lot due to the above issue, the scooter started throwing an error and flashing all lights. Video will be included I really wanted to love this scooter because of the suspension and lower frame. But the front wheel hub design is sketchy, the offroad tires are sketchy. This need road tires. The SCREEN is odd looking and started to make noises today like the plastic is popping. Also the screws did not line up well for the flashlight and hook. The GRIPS felt nice but kept spinning so it would not stay… Speed / Ride - I am 224lbs 6’1 - I got up to 28 downhill ish and it was sketchy lol. But for hills I would say my weight is pushing it. For steeper hills it may struggle, and would need a head start. The Throttle Delay is annoying also, but the controls were easy to use. The app didnt really seem to be functioning minus the Zero reset. I really did love the suspension and frame. It felt like a dirtbike scooter, up curbs, bumps, bunny hops, it flowed. The power was decent and good on flat. But after these issues right away and quality up top. I rather get a s10 more power. Which is why im sending this back. ... show more

After using my previous mid-range scooter for about ~1000 miles over the course of a year, I was in need of an upgrade to something more durable, while also providing a faster and more comfortable ride, AND longer battery life. I did a lot of research before choosing this scooter, as I wanted all the above plus a good value. Overall, this scooter is worth the money. When it arrived, I was a little intimidated as it is MUCH bigger and heavier than the scooter I was riding. But for my ~10 mile round trip commute, I needed to upgrade. The assembly was not as easy as I hoped, seemed to need some real elbow grease to fit the front while into the frame and attach the handle bar shaft. Now that I've ridden it for ~25 miles, I am happy with the purchase. It is indeed fast. 28mph is cruising, and usually feels too fast. The acceleration is fantastic; I live in a hilly area and this has no trouble climbing any steep grades thus far. While it's a smooth ride up to roughly 23mph, as you get closer to top speed, it does feel a little wobbly, I wouldn't recommend riding at top speed for long (and certainly wear a helmet!). Battery has been fantastic thus far. I weigh ~180 lbs, and this handles my ~10 Mile round-trip commute at near-full speed with plenty of battery to spare. I imagine it will lose some performance over time, I may report back after longer usage. I was a little worried about getting flats with these tires, but it seems they are solid (though I thought description said pneumatic), so even if they are air-filled they feel very high quality and durable. Brakes work really well, however I would prefer to have a break operate by thumb-trigger, similar to the acceleration trigger. There's two hand brakes (front & back wheel) which work well, but it is a bit awkward to reach my hand from the handlebar to the brake when going at top speeds... as it feels like a change in balance or hard bump could cause disaster! I may be being a bit dramatic and I will get more and more used to riding at high speeds as I continue do so. LED panel is useful, the app has some interesting features/options, but I seem to have trouble adjusting my top-speed through the app. I want to set it at 23mph, but it won't see to lock that top speed through the app. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Mainly subjective critiques (size is larger than i'd prefer, and trigger breaks), but I do wonder if any others have the wobbly-issue at full-speed, or if that could be something stemming from the difficult time I had assembling.     • Very cheap brake cables and springs !

The scooter arrived very fast and undamaged . I really wanted to love this scooter but when i took it for a test ride on the street in front of my house i wasnt able to go to far due to the fact that when i pulled on the brake to the rear wheel the brake spring poped off along with the screw holding on the brake cable ! No rear brake ! So i turned around and headed for home using the front brake on the scooter . I arrived at home only to have the front brake spring pop off and cable become disconnected ! No front brake ! I was able to put my foot down to stop safely . I was unable to fix the brakes and i cant afford a new brake job for the scooter so i had to return it ! To bad ! The scooter had a very strong build and the 10 inch foam tires and the massive front and rear suspention was fantastic ! You literly feel like your floating on a very fast cloud ! I hope my scooters cheap brakes was just a fluk . Also when I would turn the scooter on all the lights would start flashing over and over again and to the life of me I could not figure out how to stop this from happening ? I read in the instructions booklet that there app . Needed to be downloaded to my android device. There is a android qr sticker for downloading the app . Stuck on the scooters metal frame . The only problem was I could not get the app to work or download at all . The instructions clearly stated that the scooter would not work properly until you download the app. And log in ???? This aspect of the scooter I really did not like that at all ! Did I just get bad luck of the draw ? Maybe . ... show more
