I absolutely love this product I think that a lot of other people should consider buying this product it has a lot of wonderful futures. one of the many things I love about it is that you could make it go a lot faster when you download the app and set it to 28 mph. Of course, you can you can only do this on the s mode. You can also change the settings by pressing the power button multiple times such as three times four times five times six times or you can hold the brake and press it two times three times four times five times six times by holding the brake you can change different settings. battery life is good on level bike path with a single charge... I am about 165 lbs. Build quality is good. The pneumatic tires are better than solid for handling most conditions. No suspension is ok since it keeps overall weight down.

The charging is getting low in just 3 miles its my first day I charged straight for 4 hours untill 100 per but in hakf n hour charging is 36 percent my son went only a disgance of 3 miles , thinking to return product.

The media could not be loaded. We are so thrilled with these scooters! Bought one for my husband and for myself. They have long battery life and are so easy to ride- very stable. They fold well and go so fast! They are a bit heavy, but small price to pay in my opinion for so much power. The brake is a little touchy at first, and then hard to stop at the end, but we are hoping to get used to that as we break them in. (Update: we are getting better every day!) They arrived days ahead of schedule, and the lights are awesome too! We are just so happy! ... show more
