DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!!!!! The products are not made well at all. They sent us a frame that was welded sideways. The tire couldn’t attach to the bike to even ride it. It looked like they sent a used defected scooter. The bolts and screws had been used before and you could tell. There were marks all over the bike also. I contact the seller and thanks when things get even worse. The seller wanted us to pay to take the bike to a bike shop to get it fixed. Then he told us to just buy black paint and repaint the scooter where the damage is. Knowing I told them my son had saved up for this scooter so he could get to and from work. They made my son lose his job because he had no way to and from work because they sent a damaged bike that never worked in the first place. It looked like it was used. I shouldn’t have given them a second chance, but I did and we bought the second bike, hoping that it was going to be a one time thing where they had a bad product to give them a second chance. No, they sent us another damaged bike that this time was put together, but the handlebars do not stay in place in the seat doesn’t stay in place so as soon as my son got on it to ride the scooter, it made him fly off the scooter completely and hit the curb getting his knee all messed up and we’ve been in and out of the doctor since. When I tried to address any of this with this company, I was told by Amazon that this company would be paying for the return labels for me to return these bikes since they gave us two damaged bikes that we cannot use. The seller is refusing to pay for it to be shipped back which means they want me to pay $250 for each box to be shipped back knowing they sent me defective items we could never use which is fraud. They stole from me and did not give me what I paid for at all. Not only that you injured my child and you are going to be held responsible for my child being injured because of your product being trash. This product needs to be removed off the shelves and this buyer should be banned from selling anything on the app ever again. You should have a great customer service if you’re going to be selling products you should not be trying to have people pay for your products to get fixed. You should be sending them already brand new. I didn’t click the option for a used scooter. I clicked the option for a brand new one and you sent me two bikes with major defects that were useless. I have a bunch of junk in a box that cannot be used. They do not even deserve a one star they should be -100 stars at this point customer service is trash. They are not good people they do not care about their products or their customer service. They were very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t care to work with me. Care to fix anything. They want me to pay for everything out-of-pocket when they sent the damaged item. Please save yourself the hassle you do not want to worry about dealing with somebody that has no customer service skills and will not take responsibility for sending defective damaged items out. My child has been majorly hurt now and this company is going to be held responsible since they sent two defective items to my home and my child was hurt while using these defective items. Please keep your kids safe and do not get this death trap for them. Thankfully, he had a helmet and pads on or it would’ve been way worse. I get to write another review cause I have two of them and I’m going to be adding more. Trust me you want to see all these pictures. It’s horrible product do not buy from these people. Amazon is filing against them so they can no longer sell on the app due to the negligence.

Purchased on Feb 7th, I received the older model. Its not bad. Fairly easy to assemble, easy to operate. I weight 265 and its gets me up to 23 but the battery wont get me 25miles. Good for the Chinese price. If the exact same product was "Made in USA" and sold to Americans it would cost $999, no doubt.

I probaly read every review before I ordered my scooter. The majority were complaints about the instructions, misleading speed and fewer miles per charge. None were able the uncomfortable seat though. Anyway, I'd have to agree about the instructions. The print is too small and the directions are too vague. It's like they used the least amount of words possible and terrible diagrams/pictures to test your patience. As for the speed. I actually prepared myself to be disappointed because of the reviews. Imagine my surprise and delight when I was able to go 32 mph. The key is changing gears. Maybe some didn't thoroughly read the instructions, idk, but once I shifted from E to D or S I was good. I haven't gone far enough to speak on the mileage per charge yet but someone said they only traveled 9 miles before they had to charge, so we'll see. 🤔 I'm planning a 9 mile trip on the next nice day so I'll come back with an update for you. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Mother's Day gift.

The only good thing I can say about this scooter is that it is somehow still running, but both fenders have fallen off, the headlight fell off, one suspension is blown and the other is completely separated, the kickstand has fallen off, and the handlebars come up and out of the pillar they go into and they don't stop when fully extended, which is a major hazard.

This 1000W peak motor e-scooter with seat, dual suspension, foldable frame, and rear basket? It's fine for short city runs—climbs okay, cushions bumps decently, and the basket's handy for bags. Battery's 48V 13Ah, but forget the "35 miles" hype. Real-world max? Around 18 miles tops—maybe less if you're heavy, hilly, or windy. Anything over that is marketing. Speed? Advertised 25 mph—laughable. It never cracks 16 mph. Ever. Feels twitchy past 12 anyway, not super stable. Build's budget-solid, not premium, but it folds easy and rolls smooth enough for errands. Pros: Comfy seat + cargo basket = practical Dual suspension helps on crap roads Lightweight, portable Cons: Speed capped at 16 mph (25 is fake) Range maxes at 18 miles (35? Nope) A bit wobbly at top speed Bottom line: Buy if you want cheap, seated transport under 20 mph. Skip if you need real distance or speed—it's more grocery-getter than commuter beast.

So basically, I purchased this scooter to make store runs and to go to the post office lightweight 25 mile an hour max speed and I’m within a mile or two of everything. I will say that I’m a senior at 71 years young and it was a little scary to ride something so small and compact, but after a little while you get used to it and I think it’s gonna work just fine. I hope this helps others decide whether to purchase I think as far as money goes the price is perfect. I haven’t really put any miles on it, but I will come back and do a second review after I’ve had it for a while.
