Highly unsatisfied!!! The product is already broke, bolts are loose on it the wiring has issues inside and is loose and it won’t run. We have only had it 2 months and my return window is expired!!! I highly recommend NOT ordering this type of scooter!!! I have a very upset kid because now we have $200 + product that he bought with his own money and it’s straight junk!!!     • Does not make it 12 miles
It lists itself as a 12 mile range. That is bologna!!! On regular "D" mode with 150 pound adult on it, on flat surfaces, it lasted 6 miles. "D" mode is 9 mph. (an adult walks 5 mph). So we're talking about going a very slow speed on flat surfaces and it only lasted 6 miles. Other than that, the scooter is easy to ride, the app is great, just go into it knowing that the advertised use of the battery is not accurate. ... show more

I’ve always been fascinated with the electric scooters or bikes and finally got my hands on one. It was simple to put together, and without using the manual you could up and use the bike. Very simple to use. To be honest though, I haven’t tried using the app but that is next steps. It is rated up to 15mi but honestly I think that is a fair amount of distance. Most things in id go to in my town are under 3mi away so it’d be worth a trip or two on one charge. More options are available of course in a closer city scene. Love it so far! ... show more

Purchased this scooter in August 2025 and by October 2025 the scooter won't turn on. Scooter was fully charged and just stopped working in the middle of operation and now won't turn on.
