Assembly is straightforward, and the aluminium frame is lightweight and portable. Both power and speed meet expectations. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the range. The manufacturer claims 15 miles, but in practice, on relatively flat terrain, I could only manage about 13 miles before the battery started running low – this may be related to my weight. The app's location tracking is decent, and the cruise control proves quite useful. The rear suspension offers a noticeable improvement over my previous suspension-less scooter, though don't expect it to eliminate all vibrations. It is really great!! Me and my daughter like it very much. It has a hidden suspension at the back, three riding modes and a complete app function. I've been using the F20Max for over a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my 5-mile commute. The 19 MPH top speed is just right for city streets, and the front e-brake plus rear disc brake feel very secure, even when stopping suddenly. The solid tires are a plus—no flats! Battery life is as promised: I get about 15 miles on a full charge, which covers my round trip. Charging takes 5-6 hours, so I just plug it in overnight.
