I'm 5'6" 190lbs. This scooter fits me perfectly. I took it out for my first ride today. It's very quiet. The brakes work good and no squeaks. Acceleration is fairly fast and very smooth. I made it up to 24 mph. Everything works as should, including the lights, turn signals, and horn. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble (very easy). Appears to be a quality build. I'm very happy with this scooter. Fast shipping too. Great seller! NOTE: Make sure you are home on the day of delivery. You need to sign for the ebike (FEDEX). ... show more

The scooter rides well. However, the scooter came with missing bolts for front tire and the front tire brakes don't work. I would recommend the scooter for smooth ride and relative comfort. However, assembly was a challenge since it didn't come with instructions and was missing some bolts( and as previously mentioned the front brakes don't work, only the back brakes. ... show more

    • Don't Bother, Escooter is nice until you actually have a problem with it....
Had to change this review. They have no customer service (it's a third party call center that has many clients not just Misodo, the call center has no direct access to Misodo, all they can do is escalate your issue and email the information you gave them to Misodo and hope that Misodo replies to them, they are reading from a script for whichever company pops up on their computer screen when you contact the call center). Misodo plays "Pass the Buck". There website sends you to amazon, amazon sends to info to the call center Misodo has on file with amazon customer service, the call center reads from the script and nothing really gets solved. This is a poor business model that needs legislation passed on it. In the mean time, if you want to spend endless hours of your busy day trying to find replacement parts from third party vendor, this is what will happen if you buy this product! Plus, if they get too many bad reviews, they just take the product down off of Amazon and then re-list it as a different product so that all the bad reviews disappear. Love it, just wish the battery was detachable and lasted just a couple miles more... It only goes 18 miles tops (if there is no wind or hills). Most of the time it only goes 14-16 miles before battery dies, then because it is a heavy scooter you will be pushing it the rest of the way you can't just kick scooter it, ugh!!! ... show more

This scooter is very nice and convenient. When I first unboxed it I noticed quickly that the manual was lacking. I at first thought my scooter only went up to 15 mph and I wasn’t happy, I learned by pressing the “M” button on the display that it had 3 modes: 15 mph, 20 mph and 25 mph. I was very happy once I learned that. I had to adjust the kick stand but not a big deal. I am just now perplexed as to where these 2 little orange reflectors go. All in all, this is exactly what I was looking for to run up the road to the store or quick lunch. ... show more
