So far I am loving this scooter. Lost my vehicle so it's nice to have one. The instructions for assembly was a little confusing but I loke puzzles and figured it out. Left a video to show everyone what I mean. So for those who don't do puzzles, the cardboard circle comes off, you put the neck on and after it is bolted on, you unlock it to lower that down. There is a hole there and that is where you put that black disk and bolted back in. It's like extra locking. I kindly like that but it's not in the instructions so, there you go. Maybe for future reasons the company will put that in. Other than that, it's great. So far Battery hold and when going 10mph I feel like I'm going 15! It's got kick and I would recommend a helmet.

First off, this scooter is good value for the money. It was easy to put together and I was ready to go in about 20 minutes. I bought this one because I weigh about 310 lbs and it is rated for that plus. Even with my weight, the scooter will get up to 30 mph on a smooth and level road. The display had an issue where it suddenly got dim and was impossible to see in daylight, but a brief message to customer service had concerned apology and new display quickly on its way. I would definitely recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a very nice, yet fairly inexpensive ride.

Awesome scooter, purchased on a whim! Thought this would be a great application to ride to tree stand, enjoy the outdoors, explore. Excellent quality, excellent packaging! Don’t scan the QR code on the streering column, downloads some weird home automation app. Don’t worry about downloading the app software if you are IOs (Apple) based, does not connect. I even tried an older device running IOs v.16, no luck at all. Maybe Android connects, haven’t tested. Great purchase, weak application with ZERO support.

I purchase this crap for my son who rode it till the battery remained one bar. I decided to charge it but it wouldn’t take a charge, I contacted them requesting another charger and they didn’t even bother to respond. I ordered another charger on my own and it still won’t take a charge. I tried to return it but was told by Amazon that my window to return had closed. So, I took it down to my basement and stuff it in corner where I don’t have to see it again. My regret was not allowing my son to ride it immediately I received it, I parked it waiting for his school grade to arrive and when it does HE ONLY RODE IT JUST ONE TIME. He’s getting e-bike next.
