The media could not be loaded. This scooter is amazing and worth more than 150$, goes 19mph with great mileage, and outstanding battery life. You could probably ride 20mph for 2 days straight before it dies. Definitely worth it and will buy again if needed. I bought 2 of these scooters for Christmas. They both broke 6 months later after regular everyday day use for just a few mins riding around our neighbor. So it’s like we used it for hours per day. They both got super bumpy and shaky and malfunction while riding it so my son fell, not safe. One of them would only turn on sometimes and when it did the battery didn’t last at all. I contact the seller as instructed by amazon hoping to get them exchanged or repair since it’s only been 6 months. Never received a response. Very disappointing ... show more

My son has loved the scooter. He uses it daily and loves all the features. It is fast, smooth, has different power/speed settings, and I love that it has built in lights for safety when the sun start going down. I don't use the app much but it's a nice feature. It did stop turning on consistently after a month of use, but I'm not downgraiding my review because when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly and offered a replacement or a new battery (faulty battery was the issue). They shipped the new battery right away when I said I'd try that, and the scooter is back to working great. I'm very happy with the customer service. ... show more

Bought 3 of these seven months ago for my kids and have been happy with how they operate. Kids love 'em. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 has already quit accepting a charge so we can no longer use it. Plus, there's no information provided to contact the manufacturer to try to get it repaired. I've even tried to use their Lenzod Pro app to contact them, but the app barely works at all. So, I can't recommend this scooter if it's only going to last 7 months with no way to repair it. ... show more

This scooter is built very well and it's sturdy. My only complaint is the back gender is cheap plastic. I broker it shortly after getting it,but fixed it with grizzly tape. It actually is quieter now as it did rattle a lot before it broke. I am very happy with my choice for the money I spent

The product works as expected. The 10 inch tires give a very smooth ride. I really like the safety feature that you have to push off before the the throttle activates. I was surprised that it has a very sturdy frame and was very solid. The speed was great. I saw some others competitive models that said they go faster but I think it is more than enough. Balance is a little shaky but very fast brakes are excellent...goes up to 17 mph...smooth rides...the problem is the power button keeps getting stuck down so the light doesn't work..and so.etimes gets stuck n won't turn off n on kickstand screw.not very sturdy
