The media could not be loaded. I say it doubles the power because every scooter I’ve had with dual motor, you can feel a big boost when switching to dual, but not like the scooter just added all of its power on top of what it’s using already. This one does that 100%. It sounds like a jet too. I was speechless when I tried dual motor. This scooter is so fast, I don’t even get how it’s classified as one, dual motor does 0-55 in about 5 seconds. 55mph is the max speed, they didn’t lie about that, have yet to test the range but according to how much my battery was draining, looks like that’s not a lie either. Should definitely be able to get a weeks worth of use out of 1-2 charges. If you have never had a scooter of this quality, I highly recommend to start on the first mode, in single, then raise the mode when you hit the top speed of that mode, until it’s comfortable, because if you just send it on dual motor mode 3 instantly, chances are you are going to crash. DONT UNDERESTIMATE IT. I am very experienced with high watt scooters, but the ones I’ve driven didn’t even compare to this, only one of them did. But this one is still faster. If you are looking for a scooter and want something you can rely on, I highly recommend this scooter. It is an absolute monster, but if you have stairs like I do, good luck. She ain’t light.

This is a Chinese manufacturer that likes to go outside of Amazon to message you and give you the run around. They ask you to contact them via WhatsApp to communicate. I think that's how they keep Amazon out of the loop of their shady business processes. I ordered the scooter on March 24th and received it surprisingly quick. I rode and enjoyed this thing for less than 1 month before the battery stopped holding a charge.. Still being covered under the manufacturers warranty I thought It would be easy to get my issue resolved. I reached out to the seller and let them know the problem I had experienced and naturally the seller asked for a video showing the product not working properly. I obliged and sent a very detailed video proving the scooter battery was dead and no longer holding a charge. The seller is now asking for an additional video showing that the battery was not disconnected. Only thing is I have no way to see the battery itself because it is not viewable from the eye. You have to disassemble it to get to the battery which is not possible with home tools.

Light symbol shows up on display screen, however turning off the lights button. (off or on) lights won't turn off and bluetooth voice and functions no longer works. Even when powered off the lights stay on and front led also. Can't shut them off.. How do I do a factory reset? Now my scooter is always on and waiting for battery to drain at 93% power.

This scooter is awesome. Very smooth on the city street. Very fast you have three speed to chose from. The design is great. It does good on the bridge out here in the 305. The supplier reach out to me making sure everything was okay. I received it on time. The led lights is sick. No complaints here. I'm tall and weighs 300lbs. I have room to move around Yes it's expensive but worth the money.
