This thing is awesome, I ride it to and from to work 5 miles each way everyday, had trouble connecting to the app until I looked up a video on how to reset it, you hold the brake and the throttle and then press the power button for 5 seconds or so (while still holding the other two) and it resets it and turns Bluetooth on and you should be able to connect to your phone.     • I love it just one issue
I love it I use it to commute daily to and from work and only have had one issue. Because I live in a rural area there are several potholes and bumps that are unavoidable and the constant vibration loosed a lot of the bolts. But I was able to solve it with some thread lock

After much back and forth the company said they issued a refund 11/01/23. It is now 11/15/23 and I do not have a single penny in refund. The scooter arrived mid July, not real good directions to assemble, but not an issue. He had ridden approximately 2 blocks, parked it and went inside. He heard a loud pop and walked out to find it SMOKING. It spontaneously combusted seconds later. It died and left my kid stranded with just a little over 3 months of use. Fortunately, he was able to extinguish the blaze without igniting anything else. I have talked to 2 other friends with the same scooter, one has some sort of electrical problem and will no longer start, the other is sitting in the middle of his back yard since the battery area started smoking.     • It is broken right now. The power button won't work.
I bought 2. It was great for 1 mounth. Then the power button broke. Now what do I do. Nobody works on them and I have not heard from the sellers yet.

Quick set up, crisp digital display, quality components. Easy to ride, smooth and stable. Compact for traveling, long range and decent power, nothing over the top that would make you feel like you lose control. I would only recommend for adults as the top speed for kids may be a bit much.
