So far, so good. Does it stimulate the CB2 receptors in the ECS? Prooobably....? But please do not let anybody tell you that the effects are equal to CBD. They are simply not in the same league, in my experience so far*. That said, this is very soothing, especially when used in a bubbling diffuser, or mixed into a carrier oil for massage- and the massage option is VERY appealing to anyone athletic! I ave also heard that a friend of mine mixed 2 drops into virgin coconut oil to eat. He said that 2 drops were fine, but the effects were minimal, and any more than 2 drops made him feel worse, not better. I'm not sure that SVA markets this for internal use, so I'll have to tell my friend what they say if they comment on this review ¯\(ツ)/¯ Still, hemp oil (CBD oil) can be used in much the same way, with apparently farther reaching health benefits, which are becoming far better understood because of the many years of European research, and would support domestic production in the USA, instead of sourcing this oil from the sap of a tree in Brazil. However, I am probably still quite biased, after having used many different CBD brands & gotten very consistent results over many years. *I will use this bottle to the last drop, and evaluate it again, while trying to minimize my bias by cutting out all hemp-derived products as much as possible. I promise. Thank you SVA for making this testing option so affordable!

Very fast delivery! This definitely makes it my first choice when I'm in need of essential oils immediately. Product comes with dropper. It is worth mentioning that the pattern of the label on the bottle feels three-dimensional, which is very delicate. In terms of smell, when opening the bottle, frankincense essential oil gives off an earthy and slightly pungent smell. But it doesn't make you sick, it just makes you realize how high content it is. When diluted in the diffuser, it gives off a woody scent, with a slightly sweet floral scent. It's a wonderful smell. For me, it give me a fresh and earthy sense. I usually use more drops per time, and the smell is long lasting. -------------------------------------- And I would like to leave some comments on their Texas Ceder version for reference. I am a big fan of Cedarwood. I use cedar oil almost every day for aromatherapy purposes. When I opened the bottle, the first instant smell was strong, followed by a soothing woody scent. It's very nice smelling of classic, standard wood. It's not strong enough to acrid your nose, and it's also not too weak to force you to sniff hard. It's just the right! A little smoky, but when it's dripped into the diffuser, it combines more with the cold steam to create a very clear wood aroma. When I use it, I feel like I'm in a "rain forest." Please note that there is no sweetness in this essential oil. It is different from the sweet Atlantic cedar and Himalayan cedar. So if you like fresh and sweet aroma, do not choose this. But if you prefer to pure woody fragrance, this is for you. This smoky Texas Cedar suits for those who just want to be surrounded by trees.

Update: I have returned to give this product 4 stars instead of 3 because my coffee salve is quite popular. After it hardened and cooled, the coffee scent is very evident, smooth and fresh. I am only giving it 4 stars though because it takes over half the bottle to make 17 1oz tins of salves have a coffee scent and the dropper insert doesn't work and needed removed in order to get any oil out. I will probably buy again I can get a coffee smell from it in the bottle and when put directly on my hands. My husband says it smells like "Folgers or cheap coffee." I had to pull the dropper insert out in order to get the oil out. I bought it to enhance the coffee smell for homemade salves, however, I used a little over half of the bottle in a recipe for 17 tins of salve and there was absolutely no coffee scent in them from it. It's very dark so I was worried about pouring the whole bottle in.

I found rodent droppings in the garage a few weeks ago. With the onset of colder weather (autumn/winter), I wanted to stem this tide quickly! I had read that a mix of peppermint oil and water work well to repel rodents. I did a 50/50 mix of the peppermint oil and water, then sprayed it all over the area where I found the droppings. Prior to doing that, I swept everything clean so that I could track. It's been 3 weeks and so far, so good! I spray whenever the smell fades (every 3 - 4 days). It's worked well. Be aware that the smell is strong; if you do NOT like the smell of peppermint, you may want to think about this option. In our case, the smell does waft upwards to the living area of the house. But it is not offensive to us at all, so we don't mind!
