I bought this for my daughter who is about to turn 13. I had purchased a Segway ninebot, but it was small and not fast enough, so that will be for me younger daughter. I was impressed by the build quality of the valpom scooter. It was easy to assemble. It took me a second to find where the charger plugs in. I like that this scooter supports a lot of weight and it's quite fast, so she'll be able to grow into it. I love the digital read out, which shows the battery level, the driving mode, and the miles per hour. It's easy to change driving modes. The scooter has great torque and power, and the brakes work well. I like that there are reflective lights and a brake light for safety. I am very pleased with the quality and capability of this scooter, so much so that I purchased the version with shock absorbers for myself! I have not tried the app, so I can't speak to it yet.

This scooter is very fast. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light weight it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front of makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I really enjoy riding this scooter. My boyfriend and 14 year old daughter are very impressed with it as well. Very much recommend this product to anyone. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy to set up and I love this functionality. Functionality is perfect.

Easy to fold and pretty lightweight to carry into my garage. The app is easier to use compared to other scooter apps I've used before. Although I wish the cruise control could be activated more quickly, The battery is pretty good for this price point as it goes far even in the fastest mode. The ride quality is suprisingly smooth even with these solid tires. Overall a pretty good scooter for this price point!
