The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this scooter for little less than a month now, and I honestly love it. The motor is super powerful – it takes off fast and climbs hills without a problem. I usually ride around the city, and the speed (up to 25 mph) makes commuting so much quicker than the bus or walking. The battery life is great too, I can easily get a couple of days’ worth of rides before needing to charge. The ride itself feels smooth thanks to the big air-filled tires and shock absorbers. Even on bumpy streets, it doesn’t rattle too much. I also feel safe with the dual brakes, they stop the scooter quickly and reliably. The built-in turn signals are a nice touch, especially when riding in traffic. It folds up easily, though it’s a little on the heavy side to carry for long distances. Still, it feels sturdy and well built, so I’ll take that trade-off. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase – fast, comfortable, and reliable.

This is a fantastic scooter for sub 15 minute rides. The scooter is fast and comfortable and ergonomically excellent. If you ride it as hard as it can handle and weigh above 220 pounds for more than 15 minutes, it will overheat and go into limp mode at 8 or 9 miles an hour until it cools down. If you need to ride this hard and weigh more than 220 pounds for more than 15 minutes I highly recommend their upgraded scooter, the W9. It is worth every penny. It is super fast and powerful and has even better ergonomics. If you weigh less or only use this for short commute, it is the perfect scooter.

Please do not buy this scooter it is extremely unsafe. The design of the mantis suspension is the worst I’ve ever experienced the scooter front wheel Makes the scooter feel unstable and wobbly. Also the motor is very weak and scooter barely goes 20 mph, the scooter also overheats after 5 min of use. The company had the ordasity to tell me To unplug something as it is an overheat feature. Now then are giving me hard time getting my money back. They’re asking to ride and take photos of scooter dash showing overheating. I won’t risk my life to even ride this scooter again and their forcing me As they need prove I asked for a full refund or the upgraded w9 scooter. Their base model scooter is solid, this one is terrible. Please safe yourself a headache. I now have filed an nyc small claim and am now in the process of supeana and taking this crooks to court. Instead of refunding me or sending me a new scooter it’s now gong to cost them thousands.

From the moment I got this scooter set up and stood on it, I could immediately tell it was built with quality in mind. The materials feel solid and well-made, with none of that cheap plastic feel you sometimes get with scooters in this price range. The frame is sturdy and has a reassuring weight to it, but it’s not bulky or hard to handle. There’s no rattling or looseness when you ride, and everything fits together tightly. The platform is wide and stable, which gives you plenty of room to stand comfortably without having to constantly adjust your footing. The wheels are big and tough, and they do a great job handling cracks, bumps, and uneven surfaces without throwing off your balance or making the ride feel rough. You really feel in control. What stood out most to me was how smooth and easy the operation is. The display is bright, clean, and easy to understand at a glance. The throttle responds instantly and consistently, but in a very controlled way. You can ease into your ride or hit full speed quickly without any awkward surges or dead zones. It’s got great pickup, and it holds speed well, which makes it feel much more like a premium ride than something entry-level. Turning, weaving, and adjusting your direction feels incredibly natural. It’s light enough to maneuver easily, but not so light that it feels flimsy or unstable. The brakes are also very well done. They engage smoothly, with no jolts or skidding, and give you a lot of control whether you’re coming to a gradual stop or needing to brake quickly. The light on the front is surprisingly powerful, actually useful for seeing and being seen, not just a throwaway feature. Even the kickstand impressed me, it’s solid, clicks into place with authority, and holds the scooter up confidently. All in all, this scooter has completely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the build quality to the riding experience feels dialed in. It’s not just functional, it’s fun and easy to ride. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, smooth, and well-made electric scooter.

The product was pretty cool until I went top speed. It vibrates really dangerously like it’s almost going to throw you off after a speed of about 16 mph which means I wouldn’t feel comfortable with letting my children or anyone I care about right this thing.

I recently bought this adult electric scooter and it has made an impression in my life. The build quality feels solid, with a sturdy frame and wide deck that gives plenty of balance even on uneven streets. The acceleration is smooth, and it easily reaches around 18–20 mph, which feels fast enough without being scary. This scooter offers a comfortable ride. It goes up to 25 mph. However, the wheels start to shake at 21 mph. My comfort zone is putting it on cruise control at 18mph. It is a lot higher off the ground than most e-scooters. It is also quite heavy to carry. It once stopped on me for about 15 minutes. It was fully charged and turned on but would not accelerate. I turn it on an off several time to try and reset it. After I gave up and called an UBER, it magically started working again.
