This is a real nice e-scooter. Bought one for my son his birthday. He had so much fun on it. We ended up getting another for my daughter on her birthday. They will reach 19 mph. I am a 225 plus pound man and it would reach 18 for me. It was super easy to put together out of the box with instructions being fairly easy to follow. Putting the seat together wasn't complicated but it wasn't as speedy as putting the handlebars on. 🙂 My kids love it and have been riding them everyday. Chargers work well but our kids ride them for several hours and have never actually ran them out of battery yet. You get to choose between three different power modes which will limit how fast you can go. Which was nice when they were starting out, now they ride at "speed" all the time. The seat option is nice, we used it on my son's 's for a couple days but then took it off as he prefers to stand up. But if you were going to go a long distance it would be nice little addition. I have ridden this about 5 miles so far, and aside from realizing my core strength is terrible, it's been an amazing ride. Got it for my daughter but she's a little small for it still. The handle is fixed height, so if you're getting it for someone under 5' tall, they're gonna have a hard time with it. I'm 6'2" 220lbs, and I've had it up to 17mph on flat ground in sport mode. Really fun. Not too heavy for an adult to pick up and carry in its stowed configuration. Lights are really bright and powerful. Battery life has been fantastic. I wish it had 2 major changes: 1. The handlebar/forks should be angled back just a few degrees for better stability 2. Adjustable height handlebars. That would have made it perfect. ... show more

We have two of these. The last one I ordered has terrible clamps that hold the seat bracket together, not shown in listing pictures. Picture attached. Along with the terrible clamps, there is also not a bolt that pins the mating parts together like there is on the first scooter I ordered. Unfortunately, the seat bracket is now bent because of the terrible connection. The first scooter i ordered with the good clamps and bolt (shown in listing) is holding up fine. I'll update my review if the seller makes it right. ... show more

This scooter is an awesome choice for short commutes or cruising around the city. It’s super lightweight and folds up in seconds, so you can carry it easily or toss it in your trunk. We purchased 2 of these e-scooters for our kids for Easter. The kids LOVE the scooters! (so do dad and mom) They have far exceeded our expectations. Assembly and operation are easy. The ride is comfortable. The bluetooth option is fantastic. It provides many options and modifications for your scooter. You can set max limits on speed and braking. It also allows you to lock the scooter and has an alarm type system. You are able to use GPS to track the scooter as well. The headlight is bright enough to navigate in dark conditions. This is a very good scooter for the price point. If you live and use the scooter in a relatively flat area then you are good-to-go, but it struggles going up steeper hills. I am 200 pounds and it gets up to speed (21 mph!) in about 6-7 seconds and cruises well. It folds easily. The wheels are big enough to give you a fairly smooth ride. I use it for shorter trips 5-8 minutes each, but would recommend something in the next tier if you are going 12-15+ minutes at a time. There are a handful of rentable scooters in my city (GCOO, Lime, etc.) and it would cost $3-4 dollars each rental. I've already made half of the cost of this Qlaway in a little less than a month. ... show more

Fun, simple scooter, can get up to about 10mph in normal conditions, and the battery lasts for reasonable range - I get around the neighborhood just fine and follow kids biking (10yo in particular) without issues. It is light enough to pick up and carry up a half flight of stairs. It appears sturdy, but does need to occasionally tighten the screws. Don’t lose the hex key. ... show more
