I am quite pleased with this scooter. It is of surprising quality, and the app is quite useful. Get the app from Google play(or the Apple equivalent), NOT by scanning the QR code in the instructions, as that took me to an app loaded with adware(at best). Just type in the brand name of the scooter. It is as fast as claimed, and the battery life appears to be as advertised, too. The quality of the build reassures me that it will be durable. I am an adult man over 200 pounds, and it handles me without issue, and I feel safe riding it. The brakes work so well you have to be gentle applying them, however. And the folding and locking is a bit wonky and takes some getting used to. But once you do, it works perfectly. Again, very pleased with my purchase, and I can highly recommend it.

Great for College Commuting

Our son loves his scooter to get around his urban college campus and commute to his nearby apartment. Works as advertised and he’s had to issues. Folds and light enough for him to take on public transportation and commute home from the train station.

Good, wish I could say great, but I'd still recommend (mostly)

Good scooter. It goes about 15mph usually, but gets close to 20 on a downhill. Upill it crawls, and in one uphill area (in a parking garage) it's so steep I have to get off and walk, but normally I just putter uphill slowly. Controls are good, suspension is good (not perfect, but much better than a scooter without), and the battery life is decent, enough to get me a mile or so to work (from train), a mile or so and back for lunch, a mile back to train, and then a couple miles from train to home. I think I could even start from home (about two miles more), but it'd be close. I've never tested. Bad stuff: battery sometimes lies and says it's low when it isn't (scary) and the phone app is awful (I should not need to give a ton of personal info to make an account... JUST SO I CAN CONTROL MY PHONE FROM AN APP: THAT DOESN'T NEED AN ACCOUNT!). The light works but is kind of weak. Oh, and sometimes you press accelerate and nothing happens (again, scary, it seems broken) ... but if you just get it started with your foot it will start working. Oh, and they have the charging port in an impossible to find place (unless you get on the ground or flip the scooter over). Eventually you get muscle memory for where it is, but until then it's super annoying to charge (and to cover the port after charging). All in all I'd say it's a great, affordable "daily driver", and i would recommend it ... but with a slightly bigger battery, slightly better light, a few minor user experience improvements/bug fixes (eg make the charger visible) ... and with an app that doesn't require sending your info to a Chinese company FOR NO REASON ... this could have been a "no reservations, 5 star, 100% you should buy this" scooter.

The ride is stable and powerful, the suspension is comfortable, and the range is basically consistent with what was advertised. It saves time and effort on my daily commute, and it’s convenient to fold and carry. I haven’t encountered any issues so far; it’s been a great purchase, and I highly recommend it.

You are literally stealing this from them this is a must get 19 mph seat is very comfortable and bouncy so when you hit a bump, you’re not hitting hard you’re actually a smooth ride. Unbelievable. Awful. Slow acceleration, hard and small wheels (rough feel on any surface), and the battery lasted for about a half of a mile. Also, the refund and return process is still pending (many attempts later). The seller is to blame. Kept sending me a blank return label. He sent me a message saying that he would only refund me partially ($40 of the cost, which was $147). I eventually had my bank handle this. Terrible third party. Amazon tried their best to assist.
