This scooter has worked well for us. I love the thick tires you don't have to worry about going flat, it rides smoothly, and goes fast. I did have to return the first one they sent us as the charging port was warped and it would make a sound, but the return and replacement went smoothly and we have not had any issues with this one. We have had it about 8 months and so far so good! it would be great if they had a built in welded on hole where a lock could be easily placed through as locking these up is difficult. It is easily foldable to lift and put in the car and is comfortable for my daughter to use.

The scooter came well packaged and in new condition, looks well made and was easy to set up and charge. There’s an app but not a lot of features, but there is a wheel lock and trip tracker and battery health tracker. Beautiful scooter and I’m glad I chose superfun, I can’t wait to ride it! Update 7/11/24- This scooter is awesome! It has some pick me up for just being an e scooter and I can ride a long distance without running out of charge. Thing thing goes off-roading and handles small bumps well. I feel the headlight may affect the battery life a bit but it has a light and a brake light as well. Brakes are not bad but they were abit “touchy” before my partner adjusted them for me. It’s reliable and easy to store in my trunk it’s so cool. The manual says time to charge 4-5 hrs but I don’t charge it to 100%- I just figure, like the Electric vehicles that I’ve rented in the past, that the speed of charging will greatly reduce to a slow charge after it reaches 80%- it’s not good for the battery and so I try to only let it charge 80-90% (about 3.5 hours) . Still I get a decent range and it has a lot more power than I expected, fun for the whole family and it’s a great way to get around nearby without wasting gas plus it’s a ton of fun! Edit:7/26: E scooter is so much fun! The battery is powerful, one charge will take you far, depending on the terrain and weight etc. I haven’t driven it all the way to it dying yet but am 150 lbs and able to travel 8 miles round trip to the store and I will still have 3 bars left when I get back home. This scooter is pretty fast and has great tires that are solid, the suspension is decent enough but it can still get a bit bouncy in grassy patches and turning is a little tricky but again it’s dependent on your terrain. On sidewalk it glides very smoothly and is quiet. Get this scooter! Edit 9/21/24: I ride this scooter almost everyday to pick my daughter up from school and just for fun. Added a kids set of handlebars- an attachment that fits nice so we can both hop on and go. No issues the ride is still smooth and the battery lasts for 10 to 15 miles before needing a charge, I take it off road occasionally also. I remembered that the company promised to send me a “free gift” after purchase and I never recieved this gift so I will be taking off a star for the lack of customer service. That and there are no regen braking or suspension other than the larger tires

This electronic scooter is a very cool little guy to own. Although it is not lightweight (about 40lb), it is fun and sturdy. It is a scooter for adults, not for children. I do expect it is not too light, but compact. I can fold it and put it in my car trunk to take it wherever I want. Especially when I am on my road trip, I can park my car, take out my scooter, and wander around the area, saving my time and energy and going further. My house is close to the supermarket. When I need to do a quick small shopping, the little scooter is really a good transportation option. I don’t even need to find a parking spot. I can just park right in front of the store or put it in the shopping cart, quick shop, and go. Not only it is convenient, but also saves me gas money. While I am going to do my car maintenance, I don’t need to stay at the dealer to wait for my car to be done or call Uber to give me a ride home. With this little guy, I feel like I can use my time more wisely. Considering time, money, and convenience, it is worth buying. I have tried one of my colleague's electronic scooter in the past. I liked it and decided to buy one for myself. However, I like the one that I have better. The accelerator is next to the right handlebar instead of turning the handlebar to accelerate the speech. I have the experience that when I was pushing the scooter and walking alongside. I activated the accelerator by turning the handlebar unintentionally. The scooter moved forward and I almost lost my balance and fell. I decided not to buy the kind with a handlebar accelerate activator. This one I bought with the pressing accelerator works perfectly. It minimizes a safety hazard. The APP is simple and user-friendly. I can check my battery, and my path, lock the wheel, and turn the headlight on by using the APP. So far, no complaints. I am hoping it will last for a long time.
