HOW TO START ? 1.Turn on the scooter, and check the power indicator. 2.Step on the deck with one foot, and slowly kick off the other. 3.When the scooter starts to cruise, put both feet on the deck and press the accelerator to engage the motor. This scooter has worked well for us. I love the thick tires you don't have to worry about going flat, it rides smoothly, and goes fast. I did have to return the first one they sent us as the charging port was warped and it would make a sound, but the return and replacement went smoothly and we have not had any issues with this one. We have had it about 8 months and so far so good! it would be great if they had a built in welded on hole where a lock could be easily placed through as locking these up is difficult. This electronic scooter is a very cool little guy to own. Although it is not lightweight (about 40lb), it is fun and sturdy. It is a scooter for adults, not for children. I do expect it is not too light, but compact. I can fold it and put it in my car trunk to take it wherever I want. Especially when I am on my road trip, I can park my car, take out my scooter, and wander around the area, saving my time and energy and going further. My house is close to the supermarket. When I need to do a quick small shopping, the little scooter is really a good transportation option. I don’t even need to find a parking spot. I can just park right in front of the store or put it in the shopping cart, quick shop, and go. Not only it is convenient, but also saves me gas money. While I am going to do my car maintenance, I don’t need to stay at the dealer to wait for my car to be done or call Uber to give me a ride home. With this little guy, I feel like I can use my time more wisely. Considering time, money, and convenience, it is worth buying. I have tried one of my colleague's electronic scooter in the past. I liked it and decided to buy one for myself. However, I like the one that I have better. The accelerator is next to the right handlebar instead of turning the handlebar to accelerate the speech. I have the experience that when I was pushing the scooter and walking alongside. I activated the accelerator by turning the handlebar unintentionally. The scooter moved forward and I almost lost my balance and fell. I decided not to buy the kind with a handlebar accelerate activator. This one I bought with the pressing accelerator works perfectly. It minimizes a safety hazard. The APP is simple and user-friendly. I can check my battery, and my path, lock the wheel, and turn the headlight on by using the APP. So far, no complaints.     • Great scooter - clamp attachment weak
The media could not be loaded. I love this scooter, very easy to assemble, very easy to use, it gets up to 19 mph, and does very well going up hills, even though it does slow down a little (7-14MPH) depending on incline. The only feature that I wish was better, was the attachment, when you fold the handlebars down to carry, the latch on on the handlebars does not securely attach to the lip on the back tire cover. When I first got it, I wasn’t able to get the latch to stay at all, but overtime I learned to manually force it into that lip and immediately pick it up, however, if I hit a bump or bounce too heavy when walking, it dislodges that latch from the lip, and the Scooter falls which has potential to hurt me or damage the product. If that carrying latch securely connected, this would be a 5 star product ... show more

I've been taking the bus to school for a while, but recent delays pushed me to explore alternatives. That's when I got my first Electric Scooter, and after using it for almost a week, I couldn't be happier. Right out of the box, it had power, but I decided to fully charge it first, thinking it would help protect the battery. Setting it up was a breeze, and the accompanying app is incredibly intuitive. With it, I can effortlessly track total miles, speed, and select different riding modes. I especially appreciate the convenience of locking/unlocking the scooter through the app. The scooter itself is of excellent quality, and its foldable design makes it a practical choice for my daily commute to class. It might be a bit heavy for some, but it's manageable. Sturdiness is a definite plus, and the shock absorption handles bumpy roads like a champ. I purchased this scooter in October 2024. I saw that it had a 2-year manufacturing warranty included in the purchase, so I thought there would be no issues. However, a few months ago, the main bolt in the rear wheel broke while my 100lb daughter was riding it. The frame warped, and the scooter is completely unrideable. I was instructed by Amazon to work with the seller to file a warranty claim. Well, MT-Sport has refused to honor their warranty. The have refused, several times, to show me the language in the warranty agreement, since it was not available at purchase. Initially, they told me to see if I could do a return thru Amazon. Unfortunately, since it is after 90 days from purchase, Amazon can not process the return in their system. Next, the seller requested multiple pictures of the broken scooter, which I gladly provided. Then, the wanted to turn me into their repair technician by offering to send me replacement parts, which I absolutely refuse to take on that liability. Now, they claim that my warranty claim, which i originally filed 2 months ago, is outside of their free warranty period, and refuse to produce the warranty policy. Bottom-line, there is no manufacturing warranty, and I have a broken scooter that the seller refuses to fix/replace or compensate me for. It's a shame because the scooter was pretty good, but the seller is not so good! ... show more

Such a good budget scooter, I bought it to pick up my son from school since I take his scooter to ride it back and wow very surprised on how smooth the ride was and how quick I got there. Range is good haven’t fully tested it to its full capacity but seems great. Super light weight and power on it is great. Batter life seems amazing haven’t charged it once. And shock absorption is good can’t complain. My neighbor ended up buying one just because is such a great scooter that won’t break your bank. ... show more
