extremely helpful tool. We had to clear out an area with some very thick muscadine vines and this made quick work of the chore. Great for any branch that will fit in the opening and cuts through everything. Lightweight and extremely easy to handle. We even used the device for some larger palm tree fronds. We had to cut through from both sides because of the frond thickness but it handled the job quickly. The battery charge is sufficient to get the job done. We have never used it and not had charge remaining. It seems to be well built after a month of pretty consistent use

This works wonderfully. I always have lots of sticks due to the wind we get and have lots to cut up. This cuts my time in half and my hands don’t hurt afterwards. Light weight too. Great little tool for its price.

Oh, these are my new favorite. Scary strong and fast, so I dont let it near my fingers, but great for trimming. I've used them to trim privets, apple trees, suckers and seedlings along fence row and its so fast. It cuts thru everything with one pass, up to 1/2" and with several trigger hits, can cut up to an inch of live wood. It takes quite a bit more effort to cut thru dead branches, so I use manual loppers for dead wood... but still my favorite. The battery lasts longer than I expected, so thats a plus. I like the safety feature. It beeps when you turn them on and off and beeps itself into neutral if you set it down for several seconds and won't engage until you hit the trigger a couple times to wake it back up. I like that it's hard to accidentally turn it "On" because of the long-press off/on button.

I am returning this item for a few reasons. These prunners make yard work very easy and my only issue is that the oil in the picture is not included which is misleading. After going back and forth with customer service representatives, I never received the resolution I was offered rather they chose to waste my time. Since I liked the product I decided to return this product for a similar item with better features (lcd screen and maintenance oil included), a better price, and moreover better customer support.
