I didn't buy this for myself. My Hubby wanted this particular phone when we switched from one of the "Big Three" phone companies to a smaller, cheaper service. We bought it unlocked for a GSM service, usable and compatible with our new phone plan. I've only gotten to hold this thing a couple of times, but I have a lot to say about it! First, this phone is enormous! He upgraded from a Galaxy S21 FE 5G, which I thought was close in size, but somehow, the S25 feels much bigger. It's quite hefty in weight, too, which is perfect for the tremor he has in his left hand. Having a heavier object tends to squelch the shaking a bit. The display is crystal clear and brilliant. Movies and TV shows never looked so good on a handheld device as they do with this one. Games run super fast with no lag, and charging takes no time at all with a proper fast charging system. And now, the feature I've wanted in a phone for a long time...? The smart pen/stylus. Man, this thing is slick. I had to use it to capture my signature for an e-sign document. For once, my signature actually looked like I had signed it. Getting the file from his phone to my PC was pretty simple to do, as they connected via Bluetooth to do so. The stylus has a cozy little home tucked into its own space and won't come out (or it hasn't yet) by just dropping or knocking the phone against something. That thing is in there for the long haul until you want it out. This phone is everything I've come to expect from Samsung's Galaxy S series. A bit on the pricey side, but to him, it's worth every penny. He loves the Titanium Black color he purchased, as he fancies the darker colors with phones and just about everything else. At least he coordinates! The bright, AMOLED display is crystal clear with brilliant, vivid colors. It's such a neat phone, one like I've always wanted for myself, but could never quite afford. This phone is great! The battery life, efficiency when charging, and hand feel. I like that it has a nice large display, while also being compact enough to use with one hand. It charges super quickly, and the battery lasts for a while. I can turn on battery saver and play Pokémon Go continually for 8+ hours before I hit the red. If you're wanting a good, reliable, inexpensive phone I absolutely recommend this. The mint green color is gorgeous too! Has good audio and microphone clarity, and the speakers are pretty decent. Very easy to set up if you're coming from a previous Samsung, and still pretty simple even in you're not! Love it! ... show more

I LOVE this phone. I tried a Pixel 7 prior, but the Galaxy blows Pixel out of the water. This phone is easy to use, AI will help you figure out how to do stuff if you don't know at first, the finger print reader is excellent, great responsiveness from the touch screen, clear images, good sound quality, and great battery life. I have a standard case on it that lips over the screen for extra protection as I'm paranoid, so I can't speak much to the durability, but its got a metal backing and gorilla glass so I imagine it to be pretty solid. I Just upgraded from a Samsung S9+ after about 6 years. The S9 was ok for the most part but I REALLY needed a better camera. I work overnight security and need a good camera for outdoor low light shots. I had been lookin for the past year but the prices were still around $1,600. Well come prime day they were down to 1,054 so I pulled the trigger. Phone arrived in one day. Swapping from the old phone to new phone was completely painless it literally did everything itself. To be fair I had a harder time putting the unicorn beetle pro case on lol. The S25 ultra is FANTASTIC. Big beautiful screen, fast, great sound, seamless connectivity, great applications. Camera is FANTASTIC compared to the S9 cameras. If you're coming from an older phone this is a great phone I would highly recommend it. ... show more

Not 5 stars bc the phone randomly disconnects from wifi. I assume this is an issue with the new model and that it will be patched. I went from an Gs10 to a Gs25+ bc I couldn't find a new older model and since this was on sale and I had an additional discount this was the best price. Delivery was great, right on time and the phones factory box was sealed and intact inside the Amazon box. The phone is in perfect condition and seems to work fine. The camera is great especially compared to my old model lol. The quality of the screen is vibrant and clear. The battery seems efficient. My old model was very bad tho so I don't have a good reference. But it keeps charge well while I play mobile games like Pokémon go lol I have small hands so I'll have to get used to the size of the phone. But that's not a bad thing for me. Overall I'm very pleased. And my only issue is the wifi drops. Which aren't extremely frequent but still a bit annoying for a brand new phone so I hope Samsung patches the issue soon. ... show more
