Let me start off by saying that this review is genuine, unlike the other four reviews all dated January 17, 2025, two of which are identical, not to mention each review shows that someone found it helpful. Seems odd, but that's just my opinion.🤷😝 (EDIT: After my review here, one of the identical reviews I mentioned was deleted. Haha) This is my second transfer chair, and I regret ever getting a manual one with a crank handle for lifting, where I also had to manually spread out the base legs by pushing them out with my foot. What a pain in the patooty! As a caregiver for my 90-year-old father, things can get quite tiring, so this electric chair is a gamechanger. It's very sturdy unlike the manual chair I used, which always felt tip prone.😬 And this chair holds a charge for a while! When I started using it at 100%, after 3-4 days of use (average 2-3 transfers per day), it only went down to 80%, so no worries there. I researched several electric transfer chairs, and this was the only one that had everything I needed.... width to fit thru the doorways, lifting high enough, and a handle to easily spread out the base legs for a widened fit around wheelchairs or regular chairs. I can even get my dad into his recliner with this transfer chair by going at an angle. Did I mention gamechanger?🤗 This chair says little to no assembly, but there IS some assembly, which by myself, as an old lady, was a bit difficult only because the items were quite heavy, but I managed and got it done.... and only after a couple tries because the directions are vague, and pictures are very small. And unfortunately, this chair's description had no video for assembly like other chairs.😒 All and all.... I highly recommend this chair to make life easier for caregivers. It's worth it!😉

I bought this lift because my mother is a recent amputee. This has been the best innovation in the field of medical equipment. There is no way to transport the hoyer lift recommended and covered by her Insurance company. Therefore, I paid for this out of pocket and love how well it has worked for me. I can take my mother to all her doctor's appointments, she can go see family and can get in & out of the shower with no problems. Also, the customer service has been phenomenal. They were able to help get airline approval for us. And when I had trouble with the machine, they immediately cleared up the difficulty. I would definitely recommend this equipment to anyone in a similar situation. It has been a Godsend for my family.

This item was an absolute lifesaver with my Grandmother. It made transferring into my mother's SUV, shower, wheel chair, and reclining chair so much easier!! Only complaint i have is she did slide out when transferring her the first time into the SUV the lift does not go up enough so you have to pickup and slide the person in and it resulted in her falling to the ground. Maybe include safety straps or allow the lift to go just a smidge higher?

This lift is literally a lifesaver for my elderly parents. My mom is able to keep my dad in their home as she can now lift him and move him. It took me 20 min. to assemble for them and it’s so easy to use! Fits through doorways to move from bed to favorite chair. Highly recommend and great customer service!

I like this product, but it did not meet our needs. The maximum height it can raise a patient is 36 inches and I couldn’t get my wife into our Jeep, which would require a minimum height of about 48 inches. Additionally, when maximum height was reached the seat tore under my wife and I had to safely remove her from the lift.

I bought this chair for my dad. He has a rare muscle wasting disease and is wheelchair bound. This transfer chair is easy to use. The larger castors for carpet really help moving him from his bed to the toilet. I highly recommend this transfer chair over using ceiling hoists.
