The knife did what it was supposed to do. I think there is a learning curve. Some of my wax was below the edge of the frame so it would not cut it off. This was my first time processing honey so I am sure if I was more experienced, the knife would have been fine. It did get very hot and some honey left on the knife was scorched....again user error. ... show more

Did a great job, I hooked up the plug I have to control a fan speed and could adjust the temperature of the knife. Cut the capping off very easily

the knife only worked for the 1st time, this year it only raises the temp a few degrees.
