I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and operation of this tool. The assembly was easy, even though the directions were scanty. I purchased a "used" model, but I suppose that the previous owner couldn't figure out how to put it together. It was truly "as new." I used this after a rainstorm which softened the organic material on the deck boards. I sprayed some water with a hose in the area I was brushing on the MAX setting. The material came off easily. It didn't get everything, due to the small size of the grooves in the "UltraDeck" boards (from Menards). But it did a wonderful job. I was pleased that the motor kept going strong. I imagined that it would overheat at some point due to the load on the motor and the duration of continuous use, but this didn't happen. The unit is robust and strong. Well made. I am not easily impressed, being an engineer who has evaluated many designs for durability over the past 40 years. Overall, a very good product. Knowing what I know now, I would but a new one at the full price. Good job SICENXTOOLS!

This device works fairly good, but takes quit a bit of downward pressure to really clean brick walkways. Definitely use the wire roller brush and not the nylon brush for walkways and patios

We installed tile a few years ago in some of the busiest parts of our home. Over time it starts to get dingy and the grout gets dirty. Mopping can only get so much. Hand scrubbing is hard on the knees and I needed a better option. This product was perfect. It used to take me hours to hand scrub the tile. Now I can have it done in 30 minutes. The variable speed brushless motor also gets the tile cleaner. The fast speed of the motor cuts through the grime and really makes the tiles shine. It looks like new again. The adjustable handle and attachments make this grout and tile cleaner adaptable to whatever you are cleaning. It is great for both indoor and outdoor applications. The shield around the brush keeps dirt and grime confined so there is no mess. Very happy with this product. The only change I would make would be to add a little more packaging. Shipping companies can be rough on packages. Overall a very good investment and I really like the color.

The product was easy to setup, but was annoying not to have a power cord built in. I had to go get an extension cord. I followed the instructions for first spraying grout cleaner on a small section of my floor grout, which has 5+ years of build-up/discoloration and letting sit for a few minutes. I used the wide brush head which came installed. After 10 mins or so of back and forth i barely see a difference. Further, it splattered the cleaner over the cabinets and baseboard which gave me another large cleaning job. I thought I’d try a different strategy and switched out the wide brush for the narrow brush and put barely enough cleaner to damp the grout. This helped greatly and i could finally see the grout getting restored in just a few passes with minimal additional clean up.

My husband use it to clean the concrete floor in his garage. He did a lot of spot cleaning & said that it worked very well & was easy to use. He has a very large garage that we park our vehicles, lawn & garden equipment in. He also works on his equipment in the garage so the floors get a lot of oil marks and scuffs. Said that this grout cleaner saved him a lot of time that he would have spent scrubbing with a bucket & brush.
