I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and operation of this tool. The assembly was easy, even though the directions were scanty. I purchased a "used" model, but I suppose that the previous owner couldn't figure out how to put it together. It was truly "as new." I used this after a rainstorm which softened the organic material on the deck boards. I sprayed some water with a hose in the area I was brushing on the MAX setting. The material came off easily. It didn't get everything, due to the small size of the grooves in the "UltraDeck" boards (from Menards). But it did a wonderful job. I was pleased that the motor kept going strong. I imagined that it would overheat at some point due to the load on the motor and the duration of continuous use, but this didn't happen. The unit is robust and strong. Well made. I am not easily impressed, being an engineer who has evaluated many designs for durability over the past 40 years. Overall, a very good product. Knowing what I know now, I would but a new one at the full price. Good job SICENXTOOLS! ... show more

Easy to use on tile floors! Maneuvers well. High speed. And then it breaks after ONE use. The plug that held roller brush in always fell out. I used it though. Went to use again and noticed the roller brush had badly chipped off chunks of the plastic that keeps on machine. Actually unuseable! Then when I picked it up by handle to move it and clean the brush, the tightening ring that holds the handle on or at a certain height, also broke in pieces!! Are you kidding? How sad because if the problems were fixed, the speed and brush hardness is awesome for the grout in tile floors! Not worth a penny with present problems ... show more

We installed tile a few years ago in some of the busiest parts of our home. Over time it starts to get dingy and the grout gets dirty. Mopping can only get so much. Hand scrubbing is hard on the knees and I needed a better option. This product was perfect. It used to take me hours to hand scrub the tile. Now I can have it done in 30 minutes. The variable speed brushless motor also gets the tile cleaner. The fast speed of the motor cuts through the grime and really makes the tiles shine. It looks like new again. The adjustable handle and attachments make this grout and tile cleaner adaptable to whatever you are cleaning. It is great for both indoor and outdoor applications. The shield around the brush keeps dirt and grime confined so there is no mess. Very happy with this product. The only change I would make would be to add a little more packaging. My husband use it to clean the concrete floor in his garage. He did a lot of spot cleaning & said that it worked very well & was easy to use. He has a very large garage that we park our vehicles, lawn & garden equipment in. He also works on his equipment in the garage so the floors get a lot of oil marks and scuffs. First, the instruction manual has only photos, no instructions whatsoever. I tried figuring out where to turn the machine on. There's not power button. There is a small black plastic piece that slides back and forth. The only way it turned on was to hold this button in (either to the left or right) and then it would work once you pushed in and held the large black control that turned on the rotating brush. My arthritis and carpal tunnel won't let me do that--ergonomically I don't see how anyone could do it.
