Looks great. Quieter than a small heater. Puts out great heat fast... at first. Now it heats for about 5 minutes, never gets to the temp I set, and then blows out cold air. The the room is 45oF, that means it is blowing 45oF temp at us. Why is that happening? Intake vent is clear from obstructions, small space to heat, and I have to turn it off and turn back on to get heat to work. Frustrating if I'm trying to focus on studies. Update: Now it will not heat at all. What is the point of using all these resources - materials, marketing, people, AI I'm sure and petroleum for shipping to make a product that doesn't work? The money you got still has to pay for all the resources. Why not make something that works? All the costs are the same, and you additionally get reputation, accolades, gratitude, and a soul. It just does not make sense to spend so much energy on making what becomes trash as soon as you've made it.

I like how sleek and straightforward this unit is right out of the box. There’s no complicated installation — just plug it in and go and does't take too much space. That’s a big plus if you want something that works immediately without extra setup or tools. The room gets warm quckly too. However, my main issue is with how the controls are designed. All of the up/down heat control functions rely on the remote, and there are no corresponding buttons on the unit itself. That means if the remote is lost, misplaced, or the batteries die, you can’t easily adjust basic settings directly on the device — which feels like a design oversight. Overall: great design and simplicity, but I wish there were manual controls on the unit too.

The media could not be loaded. We love this heater! It is so eye-catching and the kids and animals are safe around it. It’s low-noise and a decent size to put out heat but not take up too much space. No assembly required. Puts out decent heat. Works well without or without the flames. Temperature can be set in unit or with remote. Flames can be turned on or off. Tip protection prevents heater from heating if tipped. I love this feature. Excellent electric heater and perfect for the season!

Product works as expected and looks as pictured. It does not heat a room quickly or well even on the high heat setting. It will warm your feet - and only your feet - if you stand right in front of it. The blowing sound is not loud but the regular squeaking is.
