I purchased this for my mom to put in her wood stove so she could enjoy looking at a fire without having to light a real fire. The unit is not the best quality that I would like to see but she enjoys it so I gave this a 4 star rating for that reason.

Nice Ambiance, but Missing a Few Things
Color: Large
I’ve been using these electric fireplace logs for a little while now, and overall, they’re a decent decorative piece—but not perfect. The ambient sounds are actually really pleasant. The crackling wood noise and the gentle brook sound make the room feel calm, and I appreciate that there are different sound options to choose from. The flame colors (pink, blue, and the classic warm orange) are fun to switch between, and the adjustable flame intensity lets you set the mood pretty well. The logs themselves look good from a distance. The candle‑style lights inside help create that “glowing wood” effect, and since there’s no smoke or fumes, it’s a clean and safe option to run indoors. The remote control works smoothly, so adjusting colors and sounds from the couch is convenient. That said, I’m giving it 3 stars because it feels more like a decorative light than a realistic fireplace replacement. The flames don’t look as natural as I hoped, and the sounds, while relaxing, loop a bit too obviously at times. Also, since it doesn’t produce any heat, it’s really just for looks—something to keep in mind if you’re hoping for warmth.
