The media could not be loaded. When I saw this on Amazon I just had to get it for my mother, she loves things that look old! 😂 This space heater is small enough to keep in between furniture and the look of it is actually really nice. Not only does it look like cast iron, the logs have dancing flames. The heat comes out of the bottom, plus it has a thermostat. Over the years we have used space heaters to warm our basement family room while watching movies or playing games. Space heaters were not always nice looking but they did the job for the most part! Which is exactly what we were looking for! We live in beautiful Utah and it definitely starts getting chilly in October… So purchasing this fireplace a couple weeks ago was perfect timing for the chilly weather to hit us!🔥 Watching a beautiful fireplace creates a wonderful cozy atmosphere and looks just like a small real fire indeed. Despite its smaller size, the heat it puts out is perfect for our family room. I would say that we are pretty impressed with the amount of heat this thing gives out even on the highest setting as the heater is very small. 🔥 It is also worth noting that there are many built in safety settings. This is one of the most important concerns we had when looking for something for the winter. While the fact that this particular fireplace heater was compact, lightweight, stylish, and had a high instancity heat, were important, the presence of the overheat safety feature is definitely awesome!!! Finally the price was sweet considering everything this heater had in it. We are glad that we did not overpay and we went with this heater instead of another one that was way more money. This little wood stove is cute and does a decent job with heat output, but emphasis on "little." I thought it was going to be about twice the size, despite the measurements listed. Here is a photo for reference.

This is a very aesthetically pleasing faux fireplace, and the artificial flames put out a surprising amount of heat (I know the lights have nothing to do with heat output). While the specs regarding it's size are accurate, it's smaller than I pictured in my head, but I have only myself to blame. But, it's small stature might be a good thing for some. It would be perfect in an RVl, motor home or anywhere space is limited. I definitely recommend this. Instead of my living room it's going to go in my bedroom. Only problem: it puts out too much heat! I'll figure it out, because looking at the 'flames' as I drop off to sleep is very relaxing. ... show more

    • Very cool looking and warm heater.
This heater looks and works great. I was dubious about the claim that it could warm 1000 sq. feet, but after using it last night for the first time, I believe it. This thing puts out a lot of heat. Hot air blows from a small vent underneath the stove, and it blows straight out into the room, not down, so neither the top and sides nor the floor underneath the heater get hot. The only downsides are that the fake logs look good but are very lightweight, I don't know how durable they will be; and the legs were a straight-up b*tch to get on. The "pre-drilled holes" in the metal body of the heater were really not drilled very well. They were just slightly too small for the screws so it took a lot of muscle and knuckle scrapes to get them tight. But I did manage it, and now I'm in love. This heater turned out to be a great buy. ... show more

I purchased this dont waist your money when it came it only would cut on on the low setting and does not cut off when tipped over and the dimmer doesnt work the seller refused to replace it untill a broken one was returned that I had to print a label for or have ups bring me one they do not come up my driveway for it being to ruff so because I couldnt print a label and ups couldnt come pick it up I got stuck with a piece of junk that wouldnt even keep my jid warm or even be safe to use around him not worth your money or the risk of loosing it or the hassle with these people ... show more

I love this quaint little heater! It's perfect for warming a living room or bedroom. It's a small size, which was perfect for my needs. The heat comes out of the bottom, even after being on for a few hours the top and the sides of it stayed cool, which makes it feel safer for me. Rather than an ugly electronic space heater, I really enjoy having this peaceful and beautiful heater in my living room. :) ... show more

Bought this to warm up my living room because it has such a high vaulted ceiling and is so cold in the winter months. Not only does this little heater work great it looks nice, too. Very happy and would recommend it. I have only used it on the low setting as that is enough to take the chill off and adequately heat the room. ... show more
