I am usually skeptical of purchasing a product that should cost much more. The fireplace is easy to operate and it looks really nice. I just got it and I do hope it lasts, but so far I am quite amazed. With colors to choose from both for the rocks and the flame, there should be a combination to please everyone. I am building into a cabinet style pantry in my den, and I am glad I gave this a try. And it looks very sleek and modern.

We just unpackaged the heater and are very impressed. We needed a smaller heater and love the design of this one. The best feature is the digital display for the temperature. It shows you the temperature set for the room and the current temp of the room. It was able to heat our small bedroom in minutes, and the remote will also come in handy. I wish the logs were a bit more realistic, but this is purely out of being picky. But on the plus side being able to adjust the brightness is a bonus. Would highly recommend this heater to anyone!

Not even 3 months after the replacement was sent its doing the same thing. Heat won't shut off and display shows 8.5. Seller sent me a brand new heater. We have been using it for a little over a week with no issues. Working great and looks great. worked for a day when we got it then would no longer let us adjust the temp. It shows 8.5 and won't shut the heat off and heat coming out is super-hot. Got this response from the company Turn on the heating switch, short press to adjust to display H1; 2. Long press 3S to display 62; 3. At this time, you can choose to add or subtract the temperature. 1st off why would I even need to do something like this to make it work 2nd I dont even know what they are talking about because I can't even find anything on it that flashes or says H1 or 3S. I unplugged the unit, and it worked fine for a week and now back to not letting us adjust the temp and the heat won't shut off and is so hot! I had to unplug it again but its won't even work this time just went back to showing 8.5.
