It's small and easy to carry, so it can be taken with me on business trips or when traveling. I hope it will be effective.

Cautiously Very Optimistic! WILL UPDATE!! :-)

Deducted two stars because much is unclear about how to use. Deciphering which mode is which (I talk about this more below) is impossible, and there's not more than a very vague mention of what serum/gel to use. I have used this twice now, once right after I received it and once this morning. I inherited slight jowliness from my maternal grandmother; it's always bothered me but I never knew what to do about it (and elected not to get a chin implant or go under the knife for it.) I also inherited my mother's double chin and this has been annoying me since I was a preteen. These two things make my chin, which would be a perfect size for my face if not for the lil jowls, look weak and too-small. When I saw this device, I decided to give it a shot. After fully charging, I put Gold Bond Ultimate Neck & Chest Firming Cream on the area and immediately put the device on. I elected to use what I thought was the setting in the instruction book for the jawline contouring setting (I don't have the instructions with me but believe it's setting #5.) I don't know for sure though because the modes aren't numbered on the device, it's just pictures which mean nothing, and there isn't a key in the instructions WHICH WOULD BE HELPFUL. I was very surprised by how intense it was! The pulses and vibrations on that setting move up and down the jawline; you can feel it working. I was really impressed but could not do more than five minutes. I didn't see any results but didn't expect to after five minutes. The instructions state to use a conductive gel or a water-based moisturizer with the device. My Gold Bond Ultimate Neck & Chest Firming Cream has a first-listed ingredient of water, so does that mean it's a good choice? I also use Anua 10+ serum for redness/blotchiness and it also lists water as the first ingredient... but I'm surprised to see no reviewers listed which product they use with the device. You are not supposed to use it dry. But what are we supposed to use? I wish the manufacturer would be a little more clear on that. I used my Gold Bond both times and hope it's ok. Next I used it this morning, same mode, and was able to do the full 15 minutes. It was annoying me this morning as the strap was trying to slip forward on my hair. I suppose this is because my hair was down which made it more able to move when the strap wanted to slip (I had a ponytail yesterday evening.) It then sat on my face for another 3-5 minutes while I finished up what I was doing. When I took it off, my chin did look a tad more prominent and the jowls lessened. So I look forward to seeing how things go from here. But I'll be clear. When I use that Gold Bond on my jowls, it does lessen them a bit on its own. What I saw could simply be the effect of the lotion. It could also be due to the compression the device provides. Side note, I do not see how this could reduce a double chin much. Where the device goes under my chin, it does not cover much of the double-chin area at all. It's not that thick there compared to the size of my double chin. I fully plan to update this after 2-4 weeks of use, especially if I see a visible difference. I have time to incorporate this into my morning and evening routines so it's not a big deal to keep trying it. And I highly recommend the Gold Bond Ultimate Neck & Chest Firming Cream. The first time I used it I could not believe my eyes; it actually works. Especially with regular use!
