I ordered this bike for my son. He got a flat tire, which was his fault and the seller was helpful and assisted me in getting a new tire. Then the charger messed up, that was not my son’s fault and I paid to get him a new charger. Then, the battery messed up and the seller will not respond!! The label on the battery says if the color turns red, it out of warranty. It’s not red and I can’t get any assistance. Even if I can get a response regarding where I can get one from, by I got no response!!! It’s only been 3 months since I purchased it!!!     • Check nut that holds in axel was loose!
Please check the bolts on axel to the tires!! My sons tire went flying off while he was riding it! Thank god he only fell off and nothing worse!! Aside from that, he loves the bike.

Rear shock and spring way too stiff for a kid, brake rotor was bent from the factory and is difficult to get the charge cord into place because of its location.

    • BEWARE: Bike came in non working order
Bike would run for about five minutes and then shut off. Through third-party figured out needed to order a Bluetooth dongle off of eBay and change a setting inside of the controller/computer for the bike. Son is 100lbs and peg brackets are bending. Front brake rubbed on rotor to the point it would stop the bike itself when rolling. Had to space the caliper off the bracket to align with rotor.     • Terrible customer service
I have tried everything to return this bike. The company wanted to charge $450.00 to return it and I was not sure that was all they would take. That started one month after purchase. Now I have a bike that doesn't even turn on and nobody wants to make good by it. Very disappointed.

The tire and the throttle came damaged. I didn’t want to complain about it, but overtime it broke off and the seller would not refund me said I needed more proof terrible customer service I would not recommend buying from the seller

    • Satisfied with the 21AH battery
I finally found a toy that allows my kids to blow off some steam. This youth electric bicycle is equipped with a 21AH battery, which allows children to invite friends to ride around without worrying that the battery capacity is not enough. Finally there is no more noise from children in the house.
