I must say...this is my favorite bike and this is my first e-bike. I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos about how to ride an e-bike if you don't have any e-bike experience. I did my research before I got on the bike. Safety is always first and I didn't want to have an accident. I have not fallen off of a bike since my younger years and I was not about to start that back. :-) This bike has great speed and I like using all 3 methods of riding (i.e. classic, peddle-assist, and electric modes). You can get a good workout on this bike if you incorporate peddling. I already have 7 family members and friends who are looking into getting a bike for themselves. Oh, the shipping method was super quick. I ordered the bike on a Wednesday and I received it the following Sunday. The original delivery date was the following Friday and I got it before that. Upon arrival, the box had a hole in it and the saddle was cut by something sharp during shipment. I contacted Windhorse and they responded that same day. The new saddle is on it's way. A complaint was filed against FedEx for the issue. It was not Windhorse's fault, so I did not fault them on that. They couldn't control the delivery process when it was in route to me. I give them five stars because the bike is awesome and it's a very sturdy and good quality bike. I like the fact that they are located in the U.S. This provided me with a peace of mind.     • Not big enough for an adult. I would recommend 20 inch wheels for adults. So far runs good.
I like the key to run the bike. I have a larger bike but no key needed to ride it. Easy to steal. This bike was easy to learn to ride and has stop lights.
