Item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Dimensions were right, so the stove fit right were my Frigidaire range had previously been. I hooked it up without any problems, and it works perfectly. Exceptional value!!!!!! My old range was broken and needed replacing badly. If I had known it was going to go this smoothly, I would have replaced it a long time ago.

We had a old electric coil stink monster so this is just pure joy. It is sleek and beautiful. The surface, if you take care, and keep it clean, will last for a while. It produces amazing heat, and cooks aggressively. The structures of the ceramic and glass also retain heat for some time. Now, you should know there are NOT heat "levels". The burner just comes on at FULL intensity for a smaller amount of time the less heat you need. So I usually must set the heat high first then drop it to the desired level. Also, burner SIZE make a big difference in the amount of heat. More heat, bigger burner. It is good cooktop and we are very happy.

I looked for a new electric cooktop for several months. Lowe's kept delaying and then canceling my orders. Always saying they were sold out and couldn't get them. They would not honor the sale prices of my purchases. Finally had 2 in stock and they were BOTH broken in the same place! I finally got so frustrated with them that I came looking on Amazon! I read the reviews and researched Jessier because I had never heard of the company! I have ZERO regrets in my purchase!!! Installation was easy! They heat up faster than my old Whirlpool. It looks absolutely beautiful! And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 5th burner. There are two burners that can cook two different sizes. You can heat one, or both sections. This is awesome!

I was reluctant to buy. I stopped off at Menards to compare. I actually wanted to buy from Menards since that where I bought the last cooktop, and I would be able to take it home now. The cheapest they had was over 1K. The guy explained sales the named brand (Whirlpool) and the Jessier was a cheap knockoff. Well... The Whirlpool was also the brand I was replacing and to be fair it is/was 20 years old. We had a issue soon after purchase having the corner brake leaving us with an ugly glued corner. Within the last year a burner quit working and the lock feature seemed to activate by itself. To reset I had to go and flip the breaker. Our Jessier is now installed, and it is beautiful and functions wonderfully. For almost 5 times less the price of the "name brand" I am extremely happy with this purchase. Considering how easy it was to install if we get a quarter of the use out of this as the last one, I'll consider it a win. I expect it will last much longer.

First time installing a stovetop, it was pretty simple. Wires matched up easily, cable length was perfect. Using the stovetop all burners get hot quick, faster than my older GE. Looks sharp, but wouldn't mind if the logo wasn't on the top right.

Purchased this months ago and waited to review it until I installed the unit and ran it for more than a few months. I did the installation in a wood counter top and with taking my time for the layout and then cutting went in first shot. Make sure you note the cable output location from the unit when laying it out. I installed a disconnect box on the back wall in the cabinet and hardwired the unit, electing not to use a plug & Outlet. I prefer electrical cook tops vs gas for the control of the temperature for cooking. This unit works fine for my everyday small kitchen use. IT however does not have the strength for high heat boiling of large pots (20+ quart) of water for when I wanted to do my canning of jams and other items. I does work well with my 10 quart stock pots for making soups and sauces, as I prefer a longer and slower cook, rather than high heat and fast cook. The unit goes from 1-9 for its heat level settings, and there is know rating of each setting's approximate heat/temp. But I have been able to to determine what setting work best for each type of cooking I do with it over time. Would love it if they published an estimated heat level range for each number. It does heat up my 1.75 quart tea kettle really quick every morning, I stopped using the electric self contained pot which was slower and took up counter space. In my last home, I had a Viking radiant heat stove with and oven, and nothing but issues with it. Parts seemed to blow out constantly with my remote location and the constant drops and surges in my power company. I even installed surge protectors, and it still had issues. I installed this in my current location after moving in as a test and I have been extremely pleased to date, will update more on it if anything changes in the future. I gave it 3-stars because of the limited high heat boiling for larger pots, but for the average home owner I find this unit suitable for the price range it is in.

I am very happy with this purchase. It works perfectly. It’s easy to keep clean. I just spray it with vinegar and shine it up. If it has a tougher spot spray vinegar and add a little baking soda. Love the lock and all the burner choices. Just a really nice cooktop at a very good price!
