After the electrician did the hardwiring to connect it to my 220–240V line, the stove was able to fit perfectly into the recess in my countertop. The low-profile design is designed to fit flush with the counter, which not only gives the impression of being contemporary but also makes it easier to clean the areas around the edges. The sleek black glass surface was the first thing that caught my attention when I turned it on for the first time. It is smooth and does not have any cracks that may accumulate food particles. After every meal, I just wipe it clean with a moist towel, and there is almost never any residue that is left behind. Two regular rings, one smaller ring, and one huge dual-ring burner that can fit a variety of pan sizes are included in the set of four burners referred to as "standard rings." For boiling pasta water and sautéing veggies in a short amount of time, I take advantage of the huge dual-ring burner. Due to the fact that it warms up in less than a minute, I am able to bring a pot of water to a full boil before I have even finished chopping the onions and garlic. Through the use of the dual-ring configuration, I am able to effortlessly convert from a tiny ring to the entire ring while just rotating the knob. It is particularly useful in situations when I need to make adjustments to the temperatures at which I am cooking on the go, such as when I am lowering a sauce or preparing rice. When it comes to delicate chores, such as melting chocolate in a double boiler or frying pancakes at a lower and more steady heat, the two smaller burners are ideal. Even when the temperature is set to its lowest level, it does not fluctuate; I did not notice any unexpected jumps in temperature or flickering heating that may cause food to get scorched. The procedure of making crepes, which is often a difficult one, was one morning when I discovered that the heat control was accurate enough to prevent the batter from burning. Because the heat was distributed evenly over the surface of the burner, each crepe was cooked in a consistent manner, without any dark areas or edges that were undercooked.

Pleased with stove top. Should be noted wire cable was on the Rt side. My stove top we replaced had wire cable was on left side and would not reach 220 cable. Solved problem by turning stove around which put knobs on left rather than right and name of stove upside down facing splash board. I am ok with this , but just note cable was on right.

The media could not be loaded. This is the nicest stovetop I’ve ever had and I love it!!! Easy to use and easy to clean! My husband installed it by himself using the instructions included. It Fits into our existing countetop with a bit of grinding of our countertop. It has worked flawlessly for over a month since i have started using it. The knob controls are nice. It is very well built and ready to use out of the box. Temperature is very consistent. Would recommend caulking around the top to avoid over-spills if boiling foods like rice or spaghetti. Whats best about this cooktop is its suitable for all kinds of cookware whether stainless steel, aluminum, ceramic, cast iron, copper, iron, glass etc.. so far i am loving it and its working perfectly for me.

The media could not be loaded. I finally upgraded my old stove with this 2-burner electric cooktop, and I’m so glad I did. It heats up fast and cooks really evenly, which made a huge difference right away. I love having 9 heat levels to work with — it’s been great for everything from simmering soup to frying up dinner without guessing at the temperature. The safety features are a big plus too. The child lock and residual heat indicator make it feel a lot safer when the grandkids are around. Installation was straightforward with professional wiring, and the black glass top looks gorgeous in my kitchen. Super easy to clean too — just a quick wipe and it’s spotless. Definitely a solid upgrade!

I thought this was going to be bigger considering the size of the box but it was a box in a box, lol. I'm not sure if it isn't working right, just doesn't heat higher or if I need to do something different, but I just tried it out to see if if worked and it doesn't seem like it will get hot enough to boil water. I shut it down and put it away for now until my son can check it out.

This electric cooktop is extremely disappointing! First, the installation is a hassle—it requires hardwiring with no plug, which is very user-unfriendly. The heat adjustment is inconsistent, with uneven heating at high settings (the center gets too hot while the edges stay cold). The child safety lock is practically useless, as the buttons are unresponsive and often trigger accidentally. Worst of all, the residual heat indicator is completely unreliable—it still shows high temperatures even after cooling down, posing a burn risk. The advertised 3000W power is misleading; boiling a pot of water takes forever. The ETL certification feels questionable, and this product is definitely not worth the price!
