I love bikes, e-bikes, trikes, eTrikes... All different kinds. I know the eBike segment is huge and lots of manufacturers are trying to capitalize on the intense crush on eBikes what with the covid and all... Some of those manufacturers are mediocre at best... Some should never make anything and yet others are simply excellent while being reasonably priced. Some are state of the art and the prices are out of this world. This bike is a really good bike, especially for this price point. I was immediately impressed with the packaging the bike arrived in. It was very solid and secure and the bike was in perfect condition inside. The packaging inside was very advanced while not being wasteful. I have to be honest, I've purchased bikes MUCH more expensive and the packaging was a disaster and so were the contents. In this case, the packaging is really excellent and intuitive. The bike itself was almost completely assembled and what wasn't was easy to do. It only took a few minutes to put it together and the battery came 80% charged so I and my buddy test rode the bike under many different conditions... but let me first say, we tested out the top speed first... I know, shocker; two dudes seeing how fast something can go before figuring it all out first. Well, I will tell you, with both a 205 and 248 lbs guy on the bike (Not at the same time, I'm not running a circus here!). The bike went 20 miles per hour without pedaling from a dead stop!!! THAT is impressive for a 350Watt Hub Motor!!!! I will also tell you that everything works perfectly and after adjusting the bike perfectly, this is now my wife's favorite bike! The E function of this bike is really excellent and easy at the same time! Super easy for all levels of bike riders! Now, the appearance of the eBike is really cool and modern! Everyone comments on the bike as being cool and modern! The fit and finish is really pretty good, especially for this price point! The welds are good, and the frame is really strong! The Seat is really comfortable and the shock absorption is good as well. Shifting gears and adjusting the motor speed is super intuitive and the gears could not be easier to use! I especially like the integrated throttle to help you up hills or give you a boost when you are worn out. It is so well disguised on the right grip that I test rode this for quite awhile before realizing it was integrated on the grip!!!! The tires are not a brand I recognize, but they are pretty good, especially for this price point. The components are good, and functioned flawlessly without adjustment, straight out of the box! That is impressive! Several people, most of the friends have ridden the bike and they all want one!!!! Oh, the battery is easy to charge and take on or off and once on, is very secure. Everyone comments on how quickly you can get up and riding! It is really fast and simple! I also wanted to mention, this thing has an integrated headlight and it is pretty cool looking and it is bright!!!!! I didn't realize that when I bought it!!! It is handy too! I mean it is incredible at night but during the day! It really raises visibility effectively. Is it comfortable to ride? Well, several people, of several sizes, women and men.... they all rode the bike and we were all comfortable! Now, lots of people ask about the "range." Well, you have legs that can pedal so as far as you can pedal is one answer, but the reality is, people want to know what longevity to expect on the charge and the only real answer is, "It depends." It depends on rider weight, efficiency in pedaling, terrain, temperature, weather, and the level of air in your tires, condition of the bike in general. Ultimately the battery size and condition as well as the size and power of the motor makes a huge difference in range. Based on my experience thus far, I think a reasonable expectation is 25-40 miles on a charge. You may do less or more... Also, I would say this is a great bike for a casual rider who prefers riding in the city, on improved trails. I don't know that I would ride this on a super challenging trail or track. I just don't think that is the aim of this model. However; I think if you ride this bike to its purpose and you maintain it properly, you will get years of enjoyment from this bike at a really great price! The media could not be loaded. Pros: Nice looking bike, works well Decent speed Speed control is on the right handle Can be accelerated from the handle without need of breaking inertia first Cons: Battery is dead after 4 months of use. I contacted seller and they replied fast, however on the reply through Amazon chat, seller instructed me to upload a video and it is impossible to upload it, the attach file option does not accept any .mov, .mkv, .wmv, .mp4 extensions and it can not be bigger than 10mb. I uploaded a short video here so the seller can look at it. I am still in the process of obtaining help from the seller, I will update my review later on. Update from 12/06/2023 Amazing company to work with, stands behind its product. I contacted the company to try and get a replacement battery. Quick answer with instructions on how to reset the battery and specific instructions to submit a video showing the problem Battery replacement was out of stock but company offered a refund and the instruction on how to submit the pictures following their instructions to deactivate parts on the e-bike. Today I was notified that in 2-3 days a refund will be applied into the card I used for the purchase. I will recommend this company, any product can fail but it is awesome when the consumer knows the manufacturer stands behind its product. P.S. It would be great if the e-bike would include the option for a second battery. ... show more

    • Its a good inexpensive ebike

I love the bike. Its my first ebike and I enjoy riding again. Riding a bike when you are older is not the same kind of fun and now Its fun again. I do have a few issues. A minor issue is the light is not well attached to the bike. No matter how much I tried to tighten the light to the bike, it would always seem to move. Also it would be great to have recommend accessories that would fit the bike cause I had to rig a basket to the handlebars. CThe main issue is the battery. It does work well but they do not last forever and it seems you cannot buy a replacement battery. It seems you have to buy a battery with a new mount which may lead to rewire your bike. Maybe there is a work around solution, but I have not found it yet ... show more

    • A great starter electric bike, but needs some work

I've had my bike for a few months now and I can say it's been incredible. it's my main mode of transport so I put over 15 miles into it daily, now reaching around 1040 miles on ODO. The battery has a good life range, I recommend bringing your battery with you if you go far and have a place to charge it up. The tires are okay, my bike tire got worn down quickly compared to the front, which is still great. My headlight died and hasn't turned back on since my third day of having it. I also recommend changing the seat, getting a back light as well, and depending on your footing i would change the peddles. It truly is a great bike and takes you far. ... show more

Battery doesn't last as long as advertised. Chain broke the 5th time it was used, had to have company send new chain. Rear derailer broke and had to replace that out-of-pocket. Each has a different battery and are not interchangeable between the two identical bikes. Bought two of these toward the end of summer. Have not used them since the chain broke, so we shall see what new delights await us when we pick them up to get to work or go for a ride for exercise this year. Recommend looking for a better built bike and spend a few dollars more. Don't cheap out on your electric bike purchase. Don't buy this one. ... show more
