    • Amazing bike with an excellent range
I am writing this review after using the bike for more than 2 weeks. Overall, the bike is amazing and is worth every penny. Starting with the delivery, it was pretty quick. I got the bike in like 3 to 4 days. Opening the box, I was greeted with semi assembled bike along with the paperwork on how to assemble it completely. The instructions were loud and clear. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it but remember, your time may vary depending on how technically inclined you are. Once assembled it was good to go, the bike already 55% charged but I still let it charge to complete before riding it. I let it stay on charge for almost 2 hours and in the meantime did some of my work. Speed: The bike is pretty fast and can easily reach 26 MPH, keep in mind, my weight is above average, so I would say it's amazing. The acceleration is great too. Paddle assist works great. As soon as you start paddling, the motor will kick in and help you accelerate the bike. I travelled over 15 miles in a single go with paddle assist and I did not feel tired at all. Talking about the distance, I reached 49 miles on a single charge without using the headlight or its USB charging feature. I also tried using it with the USB charging and the headlight and on my estimate, it would cover 45 miles on a single charge. These numbers are a win for me. It comes with a 15Ah battery and it takes roughly 4 and a half hours to fully charge. For a battery this size with such an amazing range, I would say it's perfect. Overall' my experience has been really great so far and enjoy riding it everyday. I no longer have to take my car for short distances. I simply take my bike, this keeps my physical health in check and I also save my gas money. If you are looking for an e-bike, I highly recommend you consider Kingbull as you first choice.     • So good that even my brother bought after a single test ride
I got the bike for myself and to my surprise it came earlier than expected. I was excited to ride it after assembling it. I assembled it in no time and started riding it. Although the battery was charged to 70% when it came but riding it just a few miles dropped the battery to 30%. I thought maybe it was a battery calibration issue. So I left the bike on charge for the next 8 hours. When I took out the bike for a ride, the battery was dropping very quickly. I contacted the customer support and explained my issue. The whole conversation was good and they offered to send me a replacement battery free of charge and they also sent me an extra box to ship back the faulty battery. The battery arrived in 2 days. Although this was a bit of an inconvenience but I won't give any less than 5 stars just for this. As we all know batteries can have issues sometimes, maybe it was damaged during the shipping. Nonetheless, I highly appreciate their dedication to helping out their customers and this makes Kingbull among my highest recommendation when buying an e-bike. Apart from that, the bike is performing phenomenally. It has super long-range just as advertised. Acceleration is fantastic and the speed does go up to 28 MPH. With the included fast charger, it is very convenient to charge in a short time. The frame is durable and I really love the fat tires. The included 7 speed trigger comes in handy when climbing uphill. So far, I have been riding this bike for over three weeks and it never disappointed me. I am but geeky person, and the colored LCD is a great addition, showing you the remaining battery percentage, distance traveled, and speed. My brother also bought one after he took a test ride on my bike. Now we both go out for a ride every other day and it's been fun so far. Comfort: I like the seat a lot actually. The shocks are great, the ride was awesome over gravel and dirt, grass, etc. This bike is a great value. Love the folding feature, makes it easy to transport. Very comfortable ride. Bike is sturdy without being too heavy. Assembly took about 20 minutes. The headlight is super bright so it makes night rides easy. Fat tires give the bike a smooth ride. Battery life is great, and screen is easy to navigate. Get a lot of compliments on it every time I’m out for a ride. Bike arrived on time and was well packaged. Very happy with my purchase. Hands down worth every dollar from ship to sail. The overall kind of value from the quality of the bike itself, the life of the battery, the tires everything including the highest quality of customer service. I would give every aspect of this product & company a 10 out of 10. Plug the bike into the charging port and couldn’t wait for it to turn green so I could take my first ride. I was excited to see when the bike was fully charged, and I could venture on my first E bike ride. within minutes I was traveling 20 miles an hour on the country roads of South Jersey. on the third day, the E bike was folded and stored in my 2015 Nissan Altima trunk it fit perfectly. later that day I was traveling around the beach town and enjoying my ride especially the seat and suspension comfort. I’ve been buying a lot of e-bikes recently, and this one has to be one of my favorites! The battery lasts for a long time. The way the tires are thicker than other e-bikes I have makes it feel so sturdy. Also, like how there’s a screen at the front that says the speed. I take it out a lot and ride the e-bikes with my family and I get compliments all the time for my bike! Been using it 6 times a week and still in love with this bike.
