It's a good bike if you look in the videos for the bike you'll find a step by step video on how to put the bike together hope this helps! It rides well and there's even a video for how to adjust the brakes so they don't rub on the pads on there!!! It folds up into a small space so it's easy to store it's relatively durable although assembly is recommended to be done with two people because it is a pain to keep it upright when putting certain parts together...all around it's relatively a good bang for your buck.

I am giving 5 star now, but two days ago I would have given a 3 star. The bike comes with the front wheel and break detached and NO INSTRUCTIONS! A safety manual that claims to be instructions is included however, in both bikes zero instructions were mentioned in the safety manual. With the help of AI we were able to get the bike together. However, it felt unstable and cheaply made. We kept saying that it felt as though the wheel was going to fall off entirely. After 3 days we decided to put the second bike together to see if the first was a fluke. That's when we discovered a second set of screws/bolts for the front tire. We put it together and immediately felt it was significantly more stable. When we returned to the first bike to correct the issue we had already lost a front tire bolt and realized we were a small bump away from loosing the front tire and having serious injuries. The bike will come with a long screw and 4 bolts in the front. Naturally with zero instructions you will assume you use these to attach the front tire. That's incorrect. There will be another long screw in the box with the peddles that has several different washers on it. Use this to attach your front tire and you will feel the proper quality of this bike. It is a great bike with lots of power. We rarely use the higher gears because eco is more than enough for our leisure cruising. We LOVE how incredible this bike does with off reading so dirt trails on hikes will be a breeze.

This is a zero-star product. Unfortunately, I cannot leave that rating. My son rode the bike for three days, and then it broke. Sending the bike back is at the customer’s expense, and shipping is not cheap. I will try to negotiate with the company and post an update afterward. For now, we are very disappointed with the bike - “trashcan water.”

Great EV bike, solidly designed, very sturdy, and assembled for a very low cost. The trolls are wrong. And in the Assisted pedaling mode it does 30 mph! Very quick and fast.

I'll give it 3 out of 5 stars because I feel 2 would be a little harsh so for starters it's a nice little bike and it is fun to ride I did buy 2 before I realized everything that was going on with it ( got mine and the next day ordered my son's ) in hind site my second one would have prolly come from somewhere else soooo.... getting it put together required some effort and basic knowledge as it doesn't come with any instructions but that's minor and can be easily figured out you can find videos right on here to correct that but my main discrepancies are both brakes rub on mine due to both rotors being slightly bent upon arrival so I have the annoying skip a screech thing going on (even after trying to adjust them) while rideing and it seems to limit it's full potential due to the added drag my back brakes will not stop me at all if squeezed to hard they'll fail all toghter you'll start to slow down hear a click then no brakes untill the brakes are reapplied I had to push the rear bearing seal back in because on my first ride it went catty whompus and was half in and half out and after this first week my speedometer is no longer accurate either and then when my sons bike arrived both of his rotors where also slightly bent upon arrival causing the screech his rear license plate holder was also broke upon arrival and only half of his rear light actually lights up untill the brakes are applied to light up all the way across the bar if I knew how to return them and it wasn't such a hassle in all honesty I would prolly send them back and buy 2 different ones and it's a shame because before all this I was gonna buy 2 more for the rest of the family already I had them in my cart and everything I just wanted to wait some to see how they did ( that's why I never immediately review a item) thankfully we discovered this first

We had a few issues, things loose from factory tolerances off, all easily fixable. Had some issues with one of the bikes and the company went out of their way to make it right, honestly Some of the best customer service I've ever had.These are definitely budget ebikes but they are 100% worth the price. I use mine to deliver Uber eats, tows a small bike trailer and does great, though I do see less range (20-30miles because of added weight) than my roommate who just uses the other for back and forth to work commiting. I highly recommend these bikes.
