He's out after school riding with his friends almost every day. The other day is just stopped working, the display was showing an error code and it would not accelerate. I reached out to the seller for support. They were very responsive. I sent them some pictures of the requested bike parts and they sent me a replacement part. My son's excited to get back on his bike. The bike requires the same kind of maintenance you'd need for a bicycle. There's no exotic parts, the tires are standard, brakes, gears etc all replaceable. I got this bike for my son! All his friends have an E bike. It was only right to get him one too! I was so nervous getting one off of Amazon, but he has the best one out his friends group! This thing is amazing. It works perfect, he fixed it everyday! I am ordering another one for my other son next month for his birthday. Battery life lasts a good amount of time too! This bike has been amazing. There was one small issue and the company handled the problem very diligently. They asked for a quick video of the problem and sent out replacement parts immediately. There are some bad reviews of customer support but for me it was just the opposite. My son has had the best time on this bike and so far it’s been solid. I’m a 14 year old boy and I bought this back in June 17 rode for a month and a half crashed twice still looked new and I sold it for 950$ so I mean I had hella fun for a month but it just wasn’t THAT fast if yall know what I mean pretty under whelming tho I think you should just save up for a freegoX2 because that’s gonna be my next bike, you might think of getting a tuttio but don’t my friend let me ride it and it was really bad compared to the ridstar like yeah it has better suspension and speed but honestly I felt really unsafe on the tuttio, so get this instead of a tuttio ... show more
