Ok!! awesome bike and I like almost everything about it.. But the max height should be lowered it would be a good move,and I know I'm not the only one who found out there a little to tall for the bike I'm 6' 0" and I'll need to get some sort of lift or extension for seat and handle bars, which I think the bars can be raised without any additions so that works but seat has to go higher or I won't be able to stay with it , Also electronics underneath need to be covered better but not much so not to bad, But it's going to kick up underneath there there's no getting around that...With that being said still 5 stars they did awesome on this bike , And please don't take the constructive criticism as putting the bike down or your company, In fact it's just the opposite o want you to keep making the these bikes and for your company to continue doing well, it's just what I experienced that I thought could be better ..But thank you for an awesome product..Ohh and lots of power to...👍👍 ... show more

This is an amazing bike the customer service was also great! If you need an extra part they got you and they are also very polite. I love this bike because it is so fun to ride around with my friends and get me to places I need to go if you are looking for an ebike that will get you around but also have fun this is the one for you. this bike also lost on bar at 12 miles and if you do the math it can last 60 miles! But after all that i will 100% recomend this bike for you ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just received this bike but an hour ago. I put it all together and the LED screen does not turn on. The headlight turns on the back light turns on the blinkers work just fine, but the LED will not turn on and the bike went out work without the LED screen on. I sent them a message and now I’m waiting for the reply. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I ordered this bike as a birthday present for my 13 year old son. The first day he got the bike he rode it it was amazing he loved it, the next day he rode it the battery died he put it on the charger and then we couldn't get it to power on. Everything came on with the battery lights horn everything except the motor. So we figured the only thing it could be was the display screen which Powers the motor. I emailed customer service that night at about 10:30 p.m. they got back with me probably 30 minutes later. They had a screen in the mail the next day I received it 4 days later put it on the bike and it was running again. Customer service was absolutely amazing the response time was amazing I've never had a company respond so quickly. The bike is up and running now my son absolutely loves it and not only does my son love it so does my husband I actually plan on getting the upgraded version of the same bike for my husband because he enjoys it so much. If you're looking for an awesome ebike this is it!! not to mention it arrived 5 days earlier than expected and the time it took to put it together took maybe 30 minutes it came with all the tools and was simple to do. The item was defective.. followed all the assembly instructions through the manual and Amazon, still not working.. I will not return the item if it’s working and fixable.. but I am not going to pay the shipping fee to return this item.. why I can just drop off to the closest Amazon warehouse since there is one near my house about half mile away. ... show more
