DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS BIKE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Our bike was delivered on June 2nd, we put it together to find that it wouldn't work. We attempted to reach out but getting in touch with the company that makes this bike is ridiculously way to difficult. After finally getting someone through messaging on Amazon, I was referred out to another person, and we had to communicate through Facebook messenger. I will say the only good point was he was nice and knowledgeable about setting the parameters on the bike, it just would have been easier to speak by phone but we couldn't. Also, finding a time for us to speak was difficult because he is in China. After finally getting the parameters set correctly my husband was able to use the bike for the first time on July 2nd, 2025 even though the bike was delivered on June 10th, 2025. Now as of July 25th, 2025 our bike is messed up yet again. My husband nearly had a wreck because the back tire almost fell off on his way to work. So now we have to try to figure out whats wrong with it, if it can be fixed, if we can fix it, and will it cost us to fix it. Also, my husband has already had 2 flat tires on this bike as well. The bike is very heavy and it can't fit on the front of the metro buses in L.A. Then the battery life was not great either, my husband was already having to recharge the battery as soon as he made it to work otherwise he wouldn't be able to make it home on what was left. The only good thing I can say is the bike does go fast, oh and the big tires are nice. The seat on the bike is very uncomfortable so we had to buy a new seat for the bike. So there is no value for the money you spend on this bike. We spent a lot of money on this bike and have had nothing but trouble out of it. We spent over $641 for a bike that clearly isnt worth it. I just wish we had known before hand because thats a lot of money to just throw away, especially for us. So I am giving this honest review to help other people who don't have tons of money to blow. The photos are of my husband trying to figure out why the tire nearly flew off while he was riding it on his way to work. He had to.end up.calling in and miss a day of work because of this bike. We have just had nothing but trouble from it. So save yourself the trouble and check other bikes because you will be extremely disappointed with this one. ... show more

DO NOT BUY. Horrible purchase! Bought the bike back in May for my son’s birthday and the tire fell off. Reached out to the seller and they are very unprofessional refused a refund and kept asking for videos and pictures. I sent over 50 videos and pictures and they have yet to send me replacement parts because they refused to send a new bike. Two months later and I’m still fighting for my money back. The seller is located in china and barely responds. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase this bike. They say it comes 90% built but it doesn’t and the electric part of the bike stopped working after the first charge. It’s an all around horrible purchase. ... show more

    • !!!## WARNING DANGEROUS PRODUCT!!!!
This bike looks great, and everyone compliments me on it, assuming it cost a lot. However, this e-bike is a death trap, and the seller is completely unresponsive. First, the back wheel fell off just one day after I started riding it. The instructions warn not to touch the rear axle unless you're changing the tire. The bike is marketed as being 90% assembled and claims that all necessary tools are provided, but there was no wrench included for the rear axle. Within just three days of use, the handlebars and seat started to loosen, likely due to a strange powder coating that makes it difficult to keep bolts and screws tightened. The maximum distance I achieved on flat ground in PAS mode 2, traveling at an average speed of 10 mph, was about 30 miles. The bike does not reach 35 mph, and it never will since it's not geared to do so. After reducing the wheel size through the controller to 9 inches, I found that the maximum speed was only 23 mph. At that speed, I'm pedaling as fast as I can, making the advertised speed a flat-out lie. The seller has refused to facilitate return requests; I've made two requests with no response. The steel used in the frame is very soft, comparable to gas pipe, and the bike is excessively heavy. The dropout notches are quite shallow, which is why the wheel fell off initially. I had to purchase aftermarket torque arms for the rear axle and grind the dropouts by about 1/4 to 1/2 inch to make it safe to ride again. I gave this product a 5-star review so that more people can see it and be warned about this dangerous product. This seller and their product should be banned from selling on Amazon. ... show more

Over all a great bike, it does not come close to the claimed 35mph and the battery does not last the claimed mileage, the bike will do about 28mph. If you can turn a screw driver you can put it together. I have about 30 miles on it and have had no problems

We bought 2, I should have listened to reviews, didn't even make it 5 feet and rear tire came off. Sat for 2 weeks before we finally figured out how to keep the tire on. Now, the power is supposed to be 1000 watt. As advertised. But our 500watt Ancheer ebikes have more torque than these.!!!! Do not buy!!! Listen to reviews!!! ... show more

This e bike is completely junk every nut and bolt continues to come loose. Very cheaply made light is not bright at all. Bike just falls apart as you ride it. Wouldn’t even give one star but make you atleast put when to write a review.

DO NOT BUY!! I bought this item at the beginning of June, rode it twice, then it malfunctioned, showing an error code 07. I filed a return claim on three separate occasions within the 30 days Amazon says to file, and every time I got zero responses.
