The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE my bike—I’ve even named it “HTWHELZ” because it’s a whole vibe! I get compliments everywhere I go, but full transparency: I’ve tricked it out to match my personality and riding style. I assembled the bike myself and made several customizations, including swapping the seat, adding rearview mirrors, dice (yes, for flair!), a Bluetooth speaker, a camera, brake lights, turn signals, and spoke-mounted decor with brake cushions. The setup wasn’t too difficult, and it gave me a chance to make the bike truly my own. Performance-wise, this bike is solid. I’ve taken it as far as 18 miles (about 1.5 hours of riding) on a single charge with battery left to spare. I usually ride on pedal assist level 1, only scaling up to level 2 when tackling hills. I haven’t used cruise control or throttle much—mainly because throttle drains the battery faster and actually slows me down compared to how fast I usually pedal. Battery-wise, I estimate about 4 miles per battery notch, with a full recharge taking about 5 hours. I’m still testing out the max range (advertised as 40 miles), but so far, it’s been dependable and efficient for my city rides. If you’re looking for a bike with a great base that you can build on and make your own, this one is it. HTWHELZ and I are going places!

I’ve tried to contact the seller for two days with no response. The bike is nice, but the speed is not what they claimed it would be. Would love to hear from the seller. The seller has reached out to me and helped with the issues I had so I’ll tell you that the seller is very responsive. It may take a little while, but they’re very responsive a very nice bike at a reasonable price so I want to say thank you to the seller.

The good news about this electric bike is that the pedal assist is great and it runs well and fast with just the electric motor. The frame is also solid. The bad news is that the craftsmanship isn't there: I have to tighten the front wheel after every use, the front fender is shoddy, and even though it has a Shimano derailleur, some gears do not catch. I suppose you get what you pay for, but my recommendation is to spend another $200 and buy a better quality bicycle.

I’m adjusting my original review after some updates. The bike had a wobbling rear wheel upon arrival, but the support team just sent me a replacement part and now it works like a charm! With pedal assist, the bike gets 20 miles of range and can go as high as 25mph if you really push it. It’s a great product and works flawlessly since the repair. I’ve put almost 50 miles on it now and it rides like the day I got it. I also really like the throttle, and this bike is definitely worth your money.

The media could not be loaded. The product is not as stated, battery only lasts 20 miles, the front wheel was delivered slightly bent. The battery has to be charged every day and the display says it’s constantly empty. Sent videos of both to the company and they constantly come with excuses and will not replace the parts. This was about a week after having it. I just gave up with the company and I’m pretty sure this is what they count on being from outside the United States .-

This is my second ebike and first from this brand. If you are considering buying one, here are the pros: 1) Easy assembly. 2) It has a nice feel for riding. 3) Motor is powerful. Now the cons. 1) It comes with cheap tube's. The rating is from 40 to 60 psi on the tire. Inflated the front to 35 and it blew. 2) I'm still learning on this but top setting will eat the battery. I am only averaging about 10 miles per charge.

Friday night pub crawls just leveled up! The slow cruise control is perfect for those... ahem... relaxed rides home. The bright taillight keeps me visible to cars (and helps me find the bike after last call). Battery lasts all night hopping between 3-4 neighborhood spots. Only rule: Helmet stays on, no exceptions!

I don’t ever write reviews, but in this case I’m going to do so in order to save others from a bad purchase. First of all, the directions are not intuitive, so be prepared to spend some time trying to figure out how to put it all together, especially the brakes. The top speed is not as advertised…it’s closer to 20mph vs the advertised 28mph. But the most significant issue, as another has noted in the feedback, is the distance. On a full charge, you will get 12-15 miles vs the advertised 65+. That’s a huge difference! Lastly, when you try to return it, they will use delay tactics and ask for pics of this and that. When I asked for a full refund or new battery (assuming that was the issue), they still wouldn’t give a return or new battery without more pics and troubleshooting. I finally had to use Amazon customer service, which was truly exceptional, to resolve the issue. I’ve purchased a lot of items on Amazon over the years and have rarely had an issue. This was not an experience I want to repeat any time soon.
