The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE my bike—I’ve even named it “HTWHELZ” because it’s a whole vibe! I get compliments everywhere I go, but full transparency: I’ve tricked it out to match my personality and riding style. I assembled the bike myself and made several customizations, including swapping the seat, adding rearview mirrors, dice (yes, for flair!), a Bluetooth speaker, a camera, brake lights, turn signals, and spoke-mounted decor with brake cushions. The setup wasn’t too difficult, and it gave me a chance to make the bike truly my own. Performance-wise, this bike is solid. I’ve taken it as far as 18 miles (about 1.5 hours of riding) on a single charge with battery left to spare. I usually ride on pedal assist level 1, only scaling up to level 2 when tackling hills. I haven’t used cruise control or throttle much—mainly because throttle drains the battery faster and actually slows me down compared to how fast I usually pedal. Battery-wise, I estimate about 4 miles per battery notch, with a full recharge taking about 5 hours. I’m still testing out the max range (advertised as 40 miles), but so far, it’s been dependable and efficient for my city rides. If you’re looking for a bike with a great base that you can build on and make your own, this one is it. HTWHELZ and I are going places!

I’m adjusting my original review after some updates. The bike had a wobbling rear wheel upon arrival, but the support team just sent me a replacement part and now it works like a charm! With pedal assist, the bike gets 20 miles of range and can go as high as 25mph if you really push it. It’s a great product and works flawlessly since the repair. I’ve put almost 50 miles on it now and it rides like the day I got it. I also really like the throttle, and this bike is definitely worth your money.

Just unboxed our electric bike and it is unusable. Front fork is bent plus it welded correctly. The box was not damaged and this is clearly a manufacturer error. Took to a bike shop and they said it’s unfixable. The tires also seem extremely cheap. You would definitely have to replace tires and tubes immediately which would increase cost of bike by $100. They also post bikes all the time for $0.02 cents and it’s a scam.

For the price it's a steal. I can't think of anything negative either. The motor is of quality, the battery is of quality and so is the frame of the bike. You may want to upgrade the breaks because cables stretch and you have to tighten them. But that is an easy fix if you know about "cable actuated hydraulic brake calipers". You don't have to rewire your cables and still get the stopping power of hydraulic. Customer service was kind enough to reach out to me and bless me with a spare battery due to my concern of battery life. What more could you ask for when you declined the warranty. The company actually cares about what you think. That's a game changer. We all know customer service on things like these can be a nightmare. For them to reach out and take initiative is such a blessing

I’ve tried to contact the seller for two days with no response. The bike is nice, but the speed is not what they claimed it would be. Would love to hear from the seller. The seller has reached out to me and helped with the issues I had so I’ll tell you that the seller is very responsive. It may take a little while, but they’re very responsive a very nice bike at a reasonable price so I want to say thank you to the seller.

Product arrived damaged, although it wasn’t major. The headset cap was bent and scratched. It’s a $1 part. The trouble I had was I couldn’t reach the company via Amazon. I could only speak with an Amazon rep. The only resolution offered was to return the bike for a refund. However, by that time, I had already assembled it. There was no way I was going to take the bike apart and try to pack it back up in the box it came in. So I gave up and just bought a new cap myself. About a month later, one of the crank arms snapped clean through when starting from a stop. This time I contacted the company directly and they shipped me a new crank arm. I have bike tools, so I was able to do the repair myself. I’m concerned about the safety of it because the brakes are spongy and it doesn’t stop very quickly. The pedal assist, shifting, and electric throttle all work well. But overall, the quality is just poor and I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Bike seems pretty good not too fast most we've got it up too was 25mph and took a good amount of pedalling. Battery life can't say too much about because I haven't ran it out of juice yet but it did about 5 miles on 2 of the 5 bars of battery so I'm guessing it'll do around 12 miles per charge or somewhere around there. The bike did come with some shipping damage couple bent spokes on the front rim and a back fender brace that I still haven't managed to get straight. Couple small chips but nothing too serious. Seems like a great bargain for the price as long as it holds up over time.
