I’ve been riding this 26" step-thru electric bike for almost a month now and have logged just over 120 miles, mostly on paved city streets, neighborhood roads, and a few light gravel paths. My typical ride is a 6–8 mile round-trip commute with a few gradual hills and one slightly steeper incline. Real-World Riding Experience : ----------------------------------- On flat pavement, the bike feels stable and predictable. The 1000W peak motor engages smoothly in both pedal assist and pure electric mode. There’s a slight, natural delay (a fraction of a second) before pedal assist kicks in, but it feels controlled rather than abrupt. On moderate hills, I’ve found that using pedal assist with a lower gear from the 7-speed system keeps the ride steady and comfortable. In my usage, riding mostly in pedal assist mode at moderate settings, I’ve been getting close to the advertised range - roughly 35–45 miles depending on terrain and how often I rely on throttle. Using throttle more frequently does reduce the range, which is expected. The 48V removable battery has been convenient to charge indoors, and it locks firmly into place without any rattle during rides. This might be confusing to future purchasers. This item is advertised as Loelook, but it came from and is branded as Funhang. Why do they do this? I'm not sure, lot's of Amazon duplicated under different brands. Before I purchased I was able to figure out it's the same bike. At 68 my hips and knees are shot but I still like riding a bike both for exercise and lifestyle to stop putting noxious fumes into the air. I don't want to be held hostage by oil companies so I have my analog bike and now this, set up to grab groceries etc. It wasn't my intention for this to be my daily driver. My analog bike gets me the workout I'm looking for. Because my of my hips and knees I was looking for a low entry. While this is it, I still can't get high enough to step through. Not the bikes fault. I'm still able to swing my leg around. It's heavy, but not unduly so. I'm a big guy and appreciate a rebust build which this seems to have. Putting it together out of the box was a breeze just following directions. It was missing one screw and when I reached out to the company they responded quickly, though by providing an Amazon product I could by. I would have though this was a warranty item. No worries I found another. This is an important lesson. The manufacturer is in China, not the USA. If you need help, prepare to do it yourself. My bike is in Mexico so I was prepared for this anyway. There are social media groups that discuss challenges and most have a positive experience. I have been researching ebikes exhaustively for a couple of years. There's a lot to choose from and most are rated or reviewed via social media. Why this one? Because of the reviews and the price point. I'm not certain an ebike is the answer I was looking for and would rather make a couple hundred dollar mistake than a two thousand dollar mistake. I figured if this last a year I'd get what I expected and I might move to a bigger better US backed bike. After a couple weeks of testing it out I find that I like it. Takes a little adjustment from an analog bike. I changed to seat to one that wasn't crap. The peddles were replaced too though you can do without. I took the back rack off so I can swing my leg around and ordered a front rack. There's no place for water bottles but found a suitable workaround on Amazon. I added mirrors that the analog bike has and they work great. I keep track of my riding with my health watch. Generally I ride to get my heartrate up. The odometer on the bike doesn't seem to match the watch. Today I did a 6 mile course that I've done before and of course did it faster. In much of the ride I was on 1st but one steep hill went up to 5. Still I was able to get my heartrate up to 122 as opposed to 150 on analog. 32 minutes 6 miles and 400 calories. This can all be adjusted by gear switching. It shifts smooth. Is quiet. The handlebars make it a comfortable ride. Perfect for cruising. The tires are a bit thin. I live in a beach town so there's sand everywhere. I can make these work, but next bike will have 2.5, 3 or 4 inch tires. On pavement it's perfectly ok. The front shocks are fine. The brakes are bad. Some replaced with hydrolic. I get it but likely won't as I am not racing. The longest ride I do is 13 miles and this will easily get that. 6 miles went down one bar. Again this is just for errands around town. Everything is close. I have a cart that holds 100 pounds and I'm waiting for the hitch. After riding it today and seeing what kind of workout I can get on it I may have to reconsider it to be every day get around exercise bike. I'm still experimenting. Time will tell. Right now it's a pretty good deal and at least adequate for cruising or commuting. I don't have expectations too high, but have been told I could be pleasantly surprised.so far so good.

Great bike so far we have rode the bikes about 30 Miles so far without any issues. The assembly was easy and straight forward. My complaint are 1: The seat is uncomfortable (250lb male). 2: The bikes are pretty heavy. They weigh probably around 60 lb without the batteries in them with the rear of the bike being the heaviest part you definitely don't want to be picking them up and hanging them on a wall All the adjustments features feel durable. The assist is a little different from the way a mid motor electric bike feels either it's assisting a lot or not at all the throttle really helps with adjusting the assist amount. The throttle is also capped by what level of assist you're looking to achieve. For example, if the assist amount is set to three the throttle will max out at 12 mph if the assist is set to level five the throttle will max out at 22 mph.
