This bike has been SO much fun!!! It is an excellent value, drives and rides nice. Very attractive; have gotten a lot of compliments. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Customer service/support is very responsive and followed up in a timely manner to my questions. I would buy it again.

Great purchase except for being shipped without screws with the light so it cannot be attached properly. Make sure it comes with all parts! Great bike though.

This bike is a really great good starter bike and easily exceeds the value it is priced at. We have fast speeds safe enough to keep up on many roads and easily breeze through bike tracks or trails. It also has a really nice aesthetic making it a really good looking bike. Also having a headlight and turn signals is a very good addition to what you already get. The pedals are also a nice touch for exercise. The customer service is great as they delivered us a part that we needed to replace and they were fast and easy and to understand. I have almost 100 miles on this bike so you can trust me on this review. The only con I have is the thumb throttle but it using too bad that it will ruin your experience. It’s in the left side and personally I prefer a wrist throttle but otherwise that’s about it. ... show more

Not my favorite Ebike. The QR Code directions are inaccurate and the app won’t work. The screws under the bike seat hardly tighten. This is not my first time build a bike or ebike. The bike doesn't go 28 mph you will be lucky if it goes 19-20mph. And both front and back brake dics are warped or the pads are bad. Tried to adjust them and still have a grinding sound. So that could paly a part in it not going the speed it's says it goes and the battery drains fast even when your peddling. I would not buy this bike again. ... show more
