Rode it first time and it only goes up to 20mph that was downhill. updated rode again and its still only going 20 mph. Update : I spoke with Hi Keep Via chat and they showed me how to unlock the speed of the bike and it now goes up to the correct speed problem is the battery seems to drain faster according to the bike display but the battery button still shows 4 bars even when the bike display is blinking indicating its low on battery. will update when i receive update from the seller. another update. already got a flat from a screw in tire riding in the bike lane. taking to bike shop to see if they can plug it or if i need new tire already ... show more

This was an amazing purchase. I’ve already put over 600 miles on this and it runs great. Battery life is very good. It lasts me about 25-30 miles per charge if not longer and has really great speeds. I would 100% recommend. They also have great customer service.
