Best purchase I have ever made. I researched all ebikes for a month. I wanted something that was more like a moped and looked cooler than most. This one had all that, and headlight, turn signals, rear shock, fat tires, horn, cool display, and more. I've put 100 miles on mine already with 0 issues and 100% fun! I am 6'1" and weigh 225, and in mode 3, this thing goes 35 mph with NO problem at all. I've gone off-road in sand and dirt, hills, bumps, and its performed awesomely!! I find myself going out every day now just to enjoy it. I've gone 25 miles using only power and NO pedals and still have half battery left when I get back! I've added a couple things to bling it up a bit: rear view mirrors on the handlebar (the other components can be moved easily if needed!), a seat back rest (bought on Amazon and bolted right on!), a novelty license plate (which looks awesome!), a phone mount, and storage bag with tool set inside, and a cup holder for 12 ounce cans! For the price I got this bike, compared to the prices of all the others I researched and what features they have, this is by FAR the best option. I'm thrilled with the bike, and have now started to decorate it with vinyl decals. You can easily remove the ones on the battery and have a completely blank, black bike to start with! Do not hesitate!!

It is a good electric E bike going up to 35 mph in different levels. It’s pretty worth it buying it for off-road snow hiking. It’s pretty worth it guys.

The first thing you should do when you get this bike is find the instructions and light them on fire. The instructions give you 6 steps and none of them are actual steps to put together the bike. There’s maybe 65 steps altogether and none of them are in the instruction manual and they give you this little card to scan to get directed to a way to contact them and it says it’s no longer available. They sent me a screwdriver that was literally just the handle not the actual part to screw anything in. Unless you know how to put together electric bikes and do this on the regular I don’t recommend you get this. I had to use Chat the entire time to be able to build this bike and it was still wrong. Not happy, not really impressed at all and VERY pissed off that it took me three hours to build this bike with zero instructions and no way to contact the maker of it. I have no clue if this bike is actually safe to ride because there’s no instructions to follow while building it and it goes 35mph. Can you imagine going that fast and it just falling apart because there’s no instructions. Can’t figure out why the seat is so low on mine and doesn’t match the picture shown in the instruction manual. Starting to think they just didn’t feel like putting this bike together the rest of the way and threw it in the box. I repeat do not buy this for your child, Your teenager or anything. It’s not safe. The instructions do not match the bike. there’s no way to make sure it’s properly put together. I have leftover parts and an instruction manual that has zero information on how to put the bike together besides, “make sure you put the screw in the right hole” That’s what it says. Uploaded their incredibly ridiculous instruction manual so you guys can see what I spent three hours dealing with! do not I repeat do not buy this bike. I’m tick off

Awesome E bike. Defective brakes

This e bike is probably one of the fastest bikes available for $600. It has a big bright ass led headlight, taillight and brake light with turn signals, and not only can you lock the battery with the included key but the bike also has key and ignition. The only complaint I have is with the brakes, there is a spring in the center of the caliper that comes loose pretty much every time I ride the bike which not only is it a pain in the ass fixing them constantly but it’s extremely unsafe. I messaged the seller about it so we’ll see what happens and I’ll update this review at that time. IMO the only solution to this problem is replacing the entire brake system but I could be wrong, regardless it’s not something you should have to deal with on a bike that’s less than 2 months olf

Bike has been pretty dependable. I ride it to and from work everyday. The fastest it will go is 30 miles an hour. I keep hearing everywhere that they top up at 32mph. Not true unless you are going downhill. Had issues with the front tire tube. It wouldn’t hold air. Had to buy a separate tire tube on Amazon and that has been working great. Have been unable to connect front light, pins are not matching up to connect. Otherwise bike rides well

Very well built bike I just wish I knew how to unlock it. I'm still working on it. Other than that it's a very solid right right out of the box I had no problem putting it together everything works I checked all the wires before assembly everything is fine I don't know if it's just me or what but I leave nothing but a good review this is a good bike and has a 53 year old man I like the seat it's memory foam. Also the seller was very communicative and solved all my issues they stayed in contact with me answered me when I responded good company good bike you want to cruise around town this is the one.

Customer Service Isn't Great

Overall the bike is average at best. Mine arrived with the rear shock broken. It would bottom out anytime I went over a bump and ended up shearing the threads off. I tried resolving the issue with the customer service team and they refused to replace it, telling me the only option was to go to a bike shop and buy a replacement and that they'd only "reimburse me" after I bought it. When I asked for any other options they ended the chat. I don't appreciate being told to put down more money to replace a part that arrived broken. The brakes aren't very good at all, I had to replace them after a couple of weeks because it took me about 5 seconds to come to a complete stop from the max speed. Only after I put about 400 extra dollars into it to replace the brakes, tires and rear shock, did it actually become reliable and consistent. You get what you pay for with bikes like these. By far not the worst deal but definitely not the best. The seat cushion is also incredibly thin towards the back, making it very uncomfortable to ride for more than 20 minutes at a time. The picture I attached is after I replaced the tires, rear shock and brakes.
