This bike was a New Year gift to my husband he loves it . The assembly process took most of the afternoon but the directions were clear. Tools were in the box for assembly which was good. The bike is well made and sturdy. The ride is smooth and the seat is comfortable. The design is unique and eye catching. One suggestion is to not over tighten the screws when they have to be removed for assembly.

The media could not be loaded. So far, the bike has been very good. Its performance is excellent, comparable to much more expensive bikes. There are some minor issues with aesthetics and finishing, but overall I’m very satisfied

I’ve had this electric bike for 3 weeks now and it’s exceeded my expectations! The 1500W motor is a beast—accelerates quickly and hits 30MPH smoothly, even when I’m riding on bumpy off-road trails. The dual suspension makes the ride super comfortable, no jarring even over rocks. The 48V 15AH battery is a game-changer: I can ride 40+ miles on a single charge for my daily commute plus weekend trail adventures, and detaching it to charge indoors is so convenient. Assembly was a breeze too—only took 30 minutes since 85% was pre-installed. The LCD display is easy to read, and the dual disc brakes give me great peace of mind. I got my son this bike for Christmas. He's 11 and had a kids dirt bike previously. We wanted to get him something a little faster but not too fast and selected the TST R9 bike. It's been a great purchase! Not only does he love riding it, I do too. The bike is well built, sturdy and can go up to 30 mph once you setup the app and take the factory setting off which is basically a governer. Also, TST has great customer service we lost a piece off of the front frame and they sent a replacement to me free of charge. I would highly recommend this bike. It's a lot of fun and TST has great customer service.

My kid was excited to get this electric bike for Christmas. Unfortunately, after going through the installation instructions we realized two things: first, the cover for the chain wheel at the pedal was preinstalled in a weird way and it arrived broken, then two of the screws in the stem at the handlebar could not be removed. They were so tightened at the factory that it was impossible for us to unscrew. We tried so many times and many ways that the screws cap became stripped and the hex key could no longer grip. We contacted Amazon customer service and now we are awaiting for manufacturer to contact us with a solution. My kid was very disappointed he could not enjoy his present on Christmas Day. Update as of 12-28/25: Seller could not even replace the bike. They offered a full refund only once they receive the bike back. My kid will probably won’t get his present until later in January. My only advise. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!

Very fun way to commute around, tires are strong! The seat is super comfortable. The battery is fast charging. It’s easy to build. You just have to follow the directions.. I wish I could give this bike more than five stars!

As someone who’s not handy with tools, I was worried about assembling an e-bike—but this one was a cinch! Most parts were already put together, and I just had to attach the handlebars and wheels with the included tools. The 15AH removable battery is fantastic: I charge it overnight inside (no hauling the whole bike to an outlet) and it lasts all week for my 10-mile round-trip commute. The 7-speed gears work perfectly—switching between them is smooth, and pedaling helps save battery when I want to stretch my legs. The aluminum frame feels sturdy but not too heavy, and the 20-inch wheels handle city streets and gravel paths equally well. UL 2849 certification was a big plus for me—safety first! Highly recommend for adults looking for a low-maintenance, high-performance e-bike.
